A cute Brad and Angie bowling story
Somehow I missed this but People reported about a cute story when Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie took their kids bowling while they were in France on Monday.
Brad and Angie went with Mariane Pearl and all the kids to Le Palace Vert, a family recreation center, and did some bowling. Patrick Bernard, the owner, said that Brad was very attentive to the kids, and encouraging them regularly. Then Bernard said:
At one point though, because the children don’t have the strength to always get the ball down the lane, it sometimes stops. Brad thought he’d go down the lane to push it along. He slipped and fell on his back. Hard.
Poor Brad! But I bet it was sort of funny too. It’s the kind of thing that would happen to me.
My favorite part of the story was how, when it was seen that Brad was fine, Bernard said that his own wife was disappointed because she had missed “her only chance in life to give mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to Brad Pitt.”
While they were there, Brad and the boys also played some high energy air hockey while Angelina spent some time chatting with her friend Mariane.
Bernard said that as they are the smallest bowling alley around with only two lanes, they were completely amazed to have spent an afternoon with what he referred to as the most famous couple in the world.
When they left, Brad and Angelina thanked the owners, speaking a little French and they signed a Livre d’Or with a special inscription to the owners’ 15-year-old daughter.
I’ve gone bowling a few times and don’t really like it much (probably because I suck!) but I’d go bowling if I could go with the Jolie-Pitt family!

Dang, I would love the chance on the mouth-to-mouth and I am a very poor bowler. So happy Brad and Angie are having fun. Where is this Bowling place? Is it in Paris? Marianne is really close to their family.

Brad fell on his back while helping his kids in the bowling alley, what a very attentive father. I hope, he is okay. Lucy, I was wondering where you’ve been. Busy ka sa trabaho? I make it a point to check this site & JJ for the Brangelina updates before going to work & after work. I’m glad, they all enjoyed their short vacation in Marthon, France. They should have more mini vacation in the future.
Matt Damon was Jay Leno’s guest last night, he was funny.

its ok brad i once fell in the lane when i was helphing my baby cousin to play bowling, im sure u looked good falling down. And angie is still proud of you for trying lol.

LOL Sofia - my first date with my first serious boyfriend (which was forever ago) was at a bowling alley and I was trying so hard to impress him. I went to roll the ball but I swung backwards too hard and ended up throwing it behind me - it flew about six feet then rolled all the way to the front door. Thank goodness I didn’t hit anyone!

Yeah congratulations to People mag for finally showing your true faces. For goodness sake those aisles are slippery and he was looking out for his kids.
How exactly does playing with your kids translate to causing “a scene”? That article read like something US weekly would write.

BB - I really don’t think People meant that in a negative way. I think it was meant more like excitement. The entire article was positive so I doubt they meant anything bad.

What is disappointing about this story is all the negative bullshit you have to wade through to get here. It’s too bad Google doesn’t have some sort of filter for that. Anyway, thanks for the story.

Sherri and others, how do you weed out the true stuff from the made up Brad and Angie articles?? I have an “alert” on yahoo for any Pitt-Jolie news and just read one about Angie blowing up at Brad for taking Shiloh to meet Jennifer Aniston. Is this true? Is it crap? How do I tell!!!

How sweet, this movie looks so cool! It makes me mad to see all the tabloids at the store stating “The big breakup” Brad runs off on Angie, I read angies interviews in Readers Digest, Esquire, and Marie Claire, they ARE happy, they just have a busy life. I’m excited anytime Angie has a movie coming up! I have all her films. Its disappointing A Mighty Heart had bad reviews, I cryed so hard in that film, she truely was great in it! Its a very touching film. Angie is so stressed now with the loss of her mother, running after her kids, and saving the world, I hope she has happiness soon, and strength, she needs to remind herself of the torn lives of the refugees she helps, and appreciate her blessings now. Poor girl!

Come to Pittwatch, Bradforums or SoulieJoulie. You will read gossip, but be warned that it is an unreliable gossip articles and you will get the reliable articles (MarieClaire, Readest Digest, Glamour, Esquire etc). After a while you yourself will be able to decipher the difference between the “bull” and the “shit”.

Unless the color is completely screwed up in the trailer, she doesn’t have “flaxen hair”.
Flax (the grain) is pale yellow…hence, flaxen hair became a reference to yellow hair…in other words, light blonde.
Sheesh.
