Almost time for Angelina jolie and Brad Pitt’s new addition
According to the Associated Press, the adoption process is moving quickly and Angelina Jolie may be picking up her new 3 1/2 year old son within the next few weeks - the end of the month at the latest.
Basically once the application is fully approved, she can pick him up at any time. Somehow Angie doesn’t strike me as the type of mother who would wait any longer that necessary so I’m sure he will be home ASAP once it’s finalized.
According to the AP:
The child was abandoned at a Ho Chi Minh City hospital as a baby and then taken to the nearby Tam Binh orphanage, where he has lived ever since, said Nguyen Van Trung, the orphanage director.
Shortly after he arrived at the orphanage, the Tam Binh staff tried unsuccessfully to locate the boy’s birth parents.
“He is in good health,” Trung said. “He is a little bit shy.”
The boy gets along well with other children and loves to play soccer, Trung said.
The adoption is not motoring along because she’s a celebrity mother; Trung mentioned that it’s so quick because the boy is older and his files were almost complete before the adoption request was started.

but i hope the media will stop calling mad, Z and the next one “adopted”. they are their children, period.

JJ is noting this morning that AJ is off to Vietnam and will arrive Wednesday (I assume that’s today) not sure if that is true or not.

This is so great, and feels perfect for all concerned! A balancer to their growing family with a boy to play with M and the girls as kids do take sides based upon their interests. AJ & M travelling together to bring another home - OPENS MY HEART RIGHT UP!!!!

anamanzana, I had just noted on the previous post (AJ in Vietnam) that it appeared that Maddox was travelling with her, and now CNN has proof! that photo of AJ & M wasn’t up earlier when I put up the link!

they are adopted and there is no point in saying the tabloids should’nt refer to them as their adopted children, look at nicole Kidman and Tom Cruises kids, the tabloids still refer to them as their adopted children. Get over it, that is what they are.

what media keep saying and writing about it doesn’t mean that it what they (B & A) really want.
I read in Lainey that Brad and angie are unhappy by the word “adopted” towards Mad and Z.
Yes, they are adopted. it’s obvious from the colors of their skin. But angelina is not seeing family through blood. She once said that in one of her interviews.
