Angelina Jolie Has Been Busy
While Brad Pitt has been busy in Los Angeles, giving back for Make It Right, Angelina Jolie has been busy on the other side of the country.
Angie was in Washington, D.C. on Monday with Maddox and Pax Jolie-Pitt and the three had a little outing to the Air and Space Museum. (Cute photo!) It’s a great museum, I remember when I went, I can just imagine how much fun they must have had.
Next, Angelina attended the Global Leadership Awards at the Kennedy Center that same night in Washington. The Washington Post has a picture of her with Mariane Pearl, as well as other Vital Voices Global Partnership members - you can check it out in their slideshow as well as read the full article. Angie presented an award to good friend and fellow humanitarian and journalist Mariane Pearl:
Jolie, greatly pregnant and radiant in a flowing taupe gown, stepped onto the stage to speak glowingly of award recipient Mariane Pearl, the widow of Wall Street Journal correspondent Daniel Pearl, who was killed in Pakistan. Her book, “A Mighty Heart,” was made into a film in which Jolie portrayed Mariane Pearl. Last night the actress talked of Pearl’s special gift as a mother and an example in “courage, hope and tolerance.”
As if that wasn’t enough, on Tuesday Angelina got up and hit the Washington Club so she could speak to the Council of Foreign Relations at their “Iraq, Education, and Children of Conflict” forum. The vice president of the council had this to say about Angelina:
“Angelina Jolie is accomplished in her field and has demonstrated serious interest in issues such as Darfur, international education and refugees. As such, her profile fits very well with other young professionals we’ve selected as the next generation of foreign policy leaders.”

Whew. She’s been very busy! No rest for that pregnant mom!

angie is looking so beautiful and wielding her influence and knowledge on capitol hill-she’s amazing-holly looks pregnant also-i love that angie is all business when it comes to her hummantarian issues,no fluff with her.

Those dresses are AMAZING. During her last pregnancy I heard her say that she didn’t have enough maternity wear, so I think this time she stocked up with lots of great cloths.

Angie looks the absolute best when she is pregnant. It’s because she has some meat on her bones again. Looking at that picture of her holding Pax, though, makes me want to tell her to put him down. He looks too heavy for her in her very pregnant state to be carrying. And, her legs still look like twigs. I hope she can pick up a bit more weight as this pregnancy continues. I know she needs it. Finally, I am seeing so much of her mother in her face. More now then ever before….

She is beautiful pregnant or not. She has the body of a fashion model. They do have skinny arms and legs too. You can see in the picture that she is the tallest among these women. But no model can match Angie’s face in this generation. She is most beautiful inside for her humanitarian spirit.

The picture is old. Its from her and Brads shopping trip befor the first event where Angie had sown her babybump. She was holding Pax that time to hide her baby bump ;D
But a cute picture nevertheless. Would love to see the stunning faces of mad and pax in the museum, it must have been amazing for them. i was once in cape caneveral — *woooow*

Reminder guys tonight is the Idol Gives Back. It’s 7:30pm in my area, so I have to finish everything at home before the show starts. I will watch it because of Brad.
I hope, the whole family is back safe & sound to Texas by now. I really love seeing Angie in different color of dresses not only black, it kinds of monotonous if she wears mostly black plus it’s warm in Texas.

Tenika - HAHAHA! No. :) I love Angelina’s big family but I think we’re done with two kids over here.
I had a mild inner ear infection that was throwing off my equilibrium. The doctor told me to take some Gravol until it goes away. He doesn’t like to overuse anti-biotics and I don’t like to take them if I don’t have to. He said it should go away on its own in a couple of days.
I’m already feeling quite a bit better, so that’s good!
