Angelina Jolie joke at the Oscars
Even though Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt aren’t at the Oscars tonight, she’s probably having a good laugh watching it at home, courtesy of Jon Stewart (my favorite Oscar host overall, by the way).
This isn’t verbatim, I apologize but the gist of his joke:
Jon Stewart: There are actually three pregnant women here at the Oscars tonight. Jessica Alba is pregnant. Cate Blanchett is pregnant. And Nicole Kidman is pregnant.
[camera shots pop up like when they give out the awards. Jon pulls out an envelope.]
Jon: And the baby goes to… oh, this is so exciting. Wow. The baby goes to… oh, to Angelina Jolie! Great! Well, Angelina can’t be here with us tonight, it’s tough to find 17 babysitters, but I’ll accept this baby on her behalf, thank you so much!
I loved that! I hope I can find a video clip soon!

Jon Stewart is a friend and admirer of Angelina.
I haven’t watched, the news comes online so quickly now even the jokes. I already know more about tonight oscars and winners than if I had watched. I like Jon Stewart and have seen Angie on his show twice. As always thanks for the updates Sherry.

Yeah, the two times that I’ve seen Angie guest on Jon’s show, she seemed to have a good time. She probably have chuckled over that joke.

I’m super disappointed that they didn’t make it at the Oscar’s :( I wanted them so badly to show up that i watched the whole show… lol, well, the red carpet at least. My friend just got back from California and I had to pry myself away from the TV to take her out to dinner…She looked so amazing last night at the Spirit Award… my gosh she looked so flawless. so beautiful… and brad too… man, I still wish they attended the Oscars… grrr… lol

Jon Stewart is my favorite also. He’s also so nice and a little flirty w/ Angie when she goes on the Daily Show. It’s really cute.

Jon Stewart is a nice guy, I like him too. He probably wished Brad & Ange were there at the Oscar last night. I bet Brad & Ange watched Oscar & laughing about Jon’s joke.
Our local news mentioned about Ange being pregnant but not confirmed yet & the anchorman said, it’s obvious she is pregnant.
I bought a copy of people mag today Tori Spelling & son is on the cover but with pictures of The Jolie-Pitt’s front & inside. It says on the side bar ” Exclusive Photos”. They have good article about the family. God bless the Jolie-Pitt’s.

Well there is NO doubt Angelina is pregnant.I wonder if her and Brad ran upon Jennifer at the Oscars Party on Saturday.The trash magazines say that Jennifer does not want to see Angie and that Angie says if Jennifer speaks nicely to her,she will indeed return the favor.The pair lokked stunning as always.

I love Jon Stewart, love the nod to Angie’s pregnancy. Not sure that the detractors will report it in the manner in which it was meant though. *cough* E’ and Lies weekly *cough*.

I love Angelina and Brad, especially because they are
great parents and are very nice people. I do love people who love children as Angelina and Brad does.
