Angelina Jolie nearly kidnapped once
Every Google Alert that I have set up for Angelina Jolie news has linked to articles where Angie mentions that she was once very nearly kidnapped. She wouldn’t mention when it was or which country, but said this:
“It was in a small village. I won’t say where, or with whom, but some gangsters planned to kidnap me and extort a massive ransom. I was warned at the last minute, and managed to escape, luckily.”
She insists that the incident won’t dissuade her from continuing to reach out to help those in need.

She also said that she and Brad deal with her trips by pulling together as a team and that things only get difficult when it affects their children who generally accompany the two on their visits.
“I have become more mature. I have learned to accept responsibility for myself, my children and my partner. Becoming a mum was the biggest change in my life, and it made me feel like a complete woman. At times in my life I was lost, without a purpose, now I’m more grounded,” Jolie revealed.

This article were Angelina say that she was almost kidnapped comes from “News of the World” and it’s a British Tabloid!! So maybe they are lying about this!! Yes, “News of the World” had lied in the past regarding celebrities news!!

News of the World is a tabloids in UK like the National Enquirer in the US. I doubt Angie do an exclusive interview with them, and I thought the story about kidnapping is the same one on her UNCHR journal 4 years ago.
I think NOTW is making up this so call interview and added a little facts to their fiction. Thanks Sherry for the update.

News of the World lies all the time. Angelina and Brad do not give interviews to tabloids, period.
