Angelina Jolie Speaks at Festival
While at the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, aside from accepting the honor of Outstanding Performance of the Year for A Mighty Heart, Angelina Jolie shared some information about her life. No, not the one thing we’re all wondering, but many other things. For instance, she discussed the sexy tango scene with Brad Pitt in Mr. & Mrs. Smith:
Prior to screening the famous tango scene clip from Mr. & Mrs. Smith, she was asked if she or Pitt was the better dancer: “I think we’re about equal,” she replied. “Equally not so good.”
And not that I ever expected her to, but I guess we know she’ll never be stopping by Pittwatch.com:
Despite starring in several high-tech productions, she’s technologically challenged in real life: “As Brad knows, I don’t really how to turn on a computer.”

How in the world would she have time to learn how to use a computer with 4 children and all the humanitarian work she does? Even without all those children….. I’d be spending my time gazing at Brad ;)

I would love to get a hold of the transcript for that interview/talk, if not a complete video clip. I’m really touched by what she said about filming with her dad. In a way, I’m kind of surprised she even answered that question, but I guess it might be an indication that she’s starting to soften about her dad. Maybe there’s a possible reconciliation. I know Jon has said some really bad things about her, but maybe Angie’s finally willing to forgive and forget.

USA Today’s coverage (http://www.usatoday.com/life/movies/movieawards/2008-02-03-jolie_N.htm?csp=Entertainment) said Angelina “looked lean and not obviously pregnant.”
Lainey’s “eTalk crew that interviewed her said they looked hard. And they couldn’t see one. To them, she didn’t “seem pregnant”. To me, in these photos, she seems 100% pregnant.”
I’ve gone from 50% to 70% maybe.

We have to watch out! When there’s a tabloidy headline that’s credited to what seems like legitimate press - msnbc, a newspaper like San Franciso Chronicle, or magazine like Arizona Republic - it’s often the gossip/tabloid sections of their publications.
And because the news cycle is so rapid, legitimate publications often don’t bother to fact-check ‘news’ and just re-print them - spreading the lies and legitimizing them.
We need to be careful consumers of news & ‘news.’

Thank for the tip Ligaya. Also, it is pure common sense when you read something about having twins, triplets. Just think, did this source talk to their gynecologist? Doctor to patient confidentiality? Hello! You can tell right away it is trash. Remember when she was pregnant with Shiloh, I’m sure Brad and Angie knew she was going to have a girl but the world did not know until Shiloh was born. I even have a copy of the tab with the cover that she is having twins in 2006.

xo4pitt - I know a lot of people miss the kids, but as I’ve explained several times on the site, I’m not part of the paparazzi, I don’t follow Brad and Angelina around, I’m just a blogger. If the kids have not been photographed by the paparazzi lately then there is nothing new for me to post.
I will, of course, post new photos of them if the opportunity arises and photos are made available to me.
