Angelina Jolie spotted driving around Los Angeles

Over at X17Online there are some photos of Angelina Jolie driving around Los Angeles. You can check them out over here and there’s also this short video clip:
It’s just another example of how Angelina is effortlessly beautiful. It doesn’t appear that she’s put much thought into her appearance for this particular outing but it doesn’t change anything. I think she’d actually have to make an effort to look bad.
X17 asks the question, what would you do if Angelina Jolie pulled up beside you while you were at a red light? I’d probably see if I could get her to roll her window down so I could just quickly say that I admire her so much and then carry on with my drive! What would you do?

Ah, no. She’s wearing something actually. Its just light. Have you seen the “private” photos in the W Magazine that Brad took? She has no makeup at all in some and she actually does look somewhat different. Still gorgeous however.

And thank God for her. Honestly, she IS the reason I am even aware of these people, their lives, their hardships in the first place. And I’d be willing to bet I am not the only one who she has taught through her public voice.

I disagree with you Jah. Angelina without makeup is still beautiful. We must have been looking at different pictures in W!! I don’t think she bothers with makeup during her “downtime” at all. She’s just a natural beauty with beautiful skin and amazing hair.
If Angelina pulled up beside me at a red light I would just glance over and move on. I would not bother her at all. She deserves to be left alone but I know she expects this sort of action from the paps!!

if Angie’s car stopped beside mine, I will probably be shocked for a few seconds.. i couldn’t believe that she’s just a few inches away inside her car.. then I would probably be staring at her, then she would notice that I’m staring at her.. then I would smile and wave! she’s a nice person so she would probably smile and wave back.. then I’ll pick my notebook (I always have one every time) and write on it “Your beautiful, your nice and I really Love you!” with a smiley on the end! haha!

She’s definitely got on make up, just not much. You can really tell when she doesn’t wear it by her eyes which aren’t showing here. But that woman doesn’t need a speck of make up. Either way, stunning. I have a friend who met her and had a chat with her a few years ago. She used to work for Deniro (my friend) and met AJ at some event. She got to talk to her for about 5 minutes. She said her skin is just incredible, perfect skin. And she said she’s extraordinarily skinny in person. If I saw her on the street I hope I’d just get a look and not do anything. I feel bad for them. Just think how self conscious you’d be being stared at like that and filmed. It’s so weird. Why don’t they have blacked out windows on the front windows? Is that a law in CA? That would help for sure.

I don’t know what I’d do if I saw just her in the car. However, if she had the kids with her, I would definently not do anything and just leave her alone.
Jah- I wish she would write more books, too! Wouldn’t it be great if she wrote a book about raising her six kids (even greater if she shared some of their own personal photos in there, as other stars that have written books sometimes do)?

Shallow Hollywood drove comedy writer to war zone

LONDON (Reuters Life!) – Rebels, kidnapped children, mutilation — war zones are no joke, so when comedy writer JANE BUSSMANN embarked on an account of conflict-torn northern Uganda she had one rule: all the laughs would be at her expense.
Q: Do celebrity humanitarians like Angelina Jolie help?
A: John Prendergast said it well. He said basically people listen to them, they’ve got a platform. The question is it’s all very well if they’ve got a platform, what are they talking about? What’s true of Angelina Jolie is she could have made Tomb Raider 4, 5 and 6 and been stinking, stinking rich but instead she chose to traipse around some quite miserable places. I’ve been to some of these places — the problem is they are sweaty and hot. Most actresses spend the whole time trying not to look **** and she’s been to places where you can look quite sweaty and unpleasant. She walks it like she talks it and everyone can tell you from MSF (Doctors Without Borders) down that if she turns up she’s done her homework and it’s not lip service.
Salmie, thanks for that very interesting article from Chiwetel Ejiefor, I am not familar with his work. But here is another peer remarking about Angelina and again seems to have a great deal of respect for her. I would have a hard time coming up with any of her peers who have nothing but good things to say about her.
I also wanted to remark about Angie on the phone in her car. Most of the new cars have it built into the car that all your calls go through the radio. My son has it in their new car, as long as you have your cell in the car you never have to hold the phone up to your ear. It is really neat and I hope that we are able to buy a new car sometime in the future.
I am so proud of Angie for withstanding the years of attacks on her and her ability to continue her humanitarian work and live her life. I am not so sure I would be so brave. Every week the tabloids bombard the public with hateful stories never about Brad but about Angelina. I really do pray that this couple can withstand all the lies that get spread about them and their children as well. I believe that Angie has a strong support system and I am sure Brad is the biggest support. As a fan I wish I could help stop these negative stories. But it always seems that Angie’s karma and the life she has led seem to overcome.
I’m more into her humanitarian work than her private life to be honest. Her family is beautiful, and I’m happy to listen to her talk about them..but what I want are more books about her travels. I think that if she was left alone more she would (maybe) be open to sharing those types of photo’s though. But in reality they are just followed so much, its unlikely we will ever see anything truly private. If they start giving that away, they will have nothing to themselves since a good 99% of their kids outdoor lives are documented constantly.
Well, I’ll be stunned, stare, dumbfounded and let her go.

Love that response by Jane Bussmann regarding Angie’s humanitarian work. Essentially the same thing has been said in the past by Nicholas Kristoff and Dr. Jeffrey Sachs. The woman walks the walk and not just talk the talk. That’s one of the things I admire about her in addition to her humility, compassion, generosity, intelligence, courage, grace, and talent.
Sherry – I’m afraid I would not have noticed if I pulled up next to Angie. I rarely look at other people when I driving. LOL!!!
Almost everyone who has worked with Angie talks about her in a postive light like Oscar winners Denzel, Clint , Deniro , Morgan Freeman , Matt Damon, Anthony Hopkins , Amy Ryan etc. I tend to believe them rather than some unnamed extra on a film. Please try to ignore the tabloids in the coming days and weeks. Off topic I am curious where the J-P’s will spend the holidays this year .
Angie lokos gorgeous as ever. She is one of a few Hollywoos stars who looks absolutely stunning even without make-up. she seems to be either talking to a cell phone or deep in her thoughts. I´m not sure if she has one or two of the kids with her. Most likely she has left them home with their dad and nannies. Yoco – I´m also curious about where the Jolie-Pitts will spend the holidays this year. Maybe in the States with Brad´s relatives. And IF the rumor of Angie´s reconciliation with her dad Jon Voight is true maybe he (Jon) will also spend the holidays with the JP family. God bless the JPs 4ever!
If Angelina was beside me in a car,I would probably be stunned and just wave & smile! But,if some miricle happened and I got to talk to her,I would tell her how much I admire her. I admire her for alot of things-the fact that she was a wild child but managed to turn her life around is inspiring,her charity work which is real and honest(not just attending a party),her love for her children and her love for Brad which must be huge as she has copped so much flak for her relationship with him, and I really think a lesser woman would not have been able to take it! Finally I would say I admire her strength in dealing with so much negativity & horrible paparazzi&tabloids.
