Angelina Jolie tops the Glamour List
Glamour magazine put together a list of the top 50 most glamorous women, based on a poll for their readers. Guess who took the top spot?
Of course Angelina Jolie was voted the most glamorous woman of 2008! Was there ever any doubt? Anyone who can look so effortlessly beautiful whether she’s dressed casually or on the red carpet is a glamor queen.
What I love most about her style is that she just seems so pulled together without going overboard. Angelina often wears minimal makeup, keeps her hair loose and free or in a simple ponytail, and she recycles her clothing, often being seen in the same outfits or shoes (hello nude flats and those Christian Louboutin heels that are getting scuffed from such frequent wearing!).
We all knew Angelina Jolie is a glamorous woman, but it’s nice to see it made official!
(I know, I’ve used that photo before but I just can’t get enough of that gorgeous green dress!)

Angelina definitely has “it” when it comes to glamour and beauty. No one could argue about that too much. Does anybody know where Wanted will be premiered? Do you think there is any chance she will be there. I figure she might make some European premiers, but not American ones.

Congratulations to Angie. She deserves it, no doubt about it. She can pull any kind of dress & still look fantastic, even with a minimal make up.
I hope, she attend the London Premiere of “Wanted”, maybe she will, since it’s closer but I doubt if she will in the States. The Jolie-Pitt’s are having a great time in their Miraval Estate.

Does anyone know when the London “Wanted” premiere is? I’d sooo love it if she was there but i won’t get my hopes up. She really deserves her rest. I’m anxiously awaiting the two little ones arrivals. Imagine what they will look like hehehe. Oh see, i’m getting myself all excited now!

I perfectly agree that she is the most beautiful woman in the world. i always saw her like that. And i always thought that part of that beauty comes from inside. She has light, something magical, out of this world. And she has the most daring, confident, sexy attitude I’ve ever seen in a woman. You can see it in the way she walks, she looks, she taks, the way she moves her hands and the whole body. And all this complete her surreal physical beauty, making her trully the most beautiful and glamourous woman in the world. She has an incredible charisma, she is unique. I don’t think that will we see al these qualities in one person any time soon. Probably never.
I admire her deeply, first of all for what she became in her life, for her incredible humanitarian work and for her huge tallent and potential as an actress.

but anyway i think “glamorous” isn´t really the perfect word. i aways connect glamour with the shallowness of Hollywood. Angie is natural and THATS the thing that makes her such a special person.

On another blog it was quoted that Mark Millar said there will be a special screening/premiere in Glasgow, but not London.
After she checked with the theatres in Leicester Square, the concensus was that there won’t be a London Premiere….Both Mark and James are Scots!

I love because she is an actress, but I love her more for what she does for the many children and women. Glamorous, yes she is and many more, I am with “LIGAYA” angelina is that and many more. I’ll be sure to watch it at least twice on June 27. I hope it’s in IMAX - that’s the best. Well, it could be better in IMAX in 3D, but they didn’t film it that way.
I’ll get the DVD for sure too. I’ve been gradually building up my AJ DVD library. Next I’ll get the one where she’s a blonde tv anchor - heard she’s funny.

Paul Newman has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer. He, along with Robert Redford & Steve McQueen, were the Brad Pitts of my day. Talent, looks, rugged sex appeal - they had it all.
Paul & actress-wife Joanne Woodward are great philanthropists, like the JPs. They started Newman’s Own food company whose after-taxes profits all go to charity, the Hole-in-the-Wall Gang camp for seriously ill kids, and the Scott Newman Center for drug abuse prevention in memory of their son.

I find her all the more glamorous because as what you said, Sherry, she’s very natural. Very minimal makeup, wears regular and recycled clothes outfits. That a woman can be so beautiful inside and out is great to behold.
