Angelina Jolie’s OB/GYN to give press conference
The latest buzz I’ve been catching everywhere ever since Angelina Jolie checked into the hospital is that her OB/GYN had arrived in Nice as well, and is slated to give a brief press conference later today. It’s not clear whether this means that she has had (or will have had by then) her babies. It could be that he will announce their birth, but it might also just be a way to confirm that there is nothing urgent about her arrival and that she’s in good health, in the hopes of getting the press and fans to stop lingering around the hospital.
Apparently Angelina arrived at the hospital by helicopter. I’m still amazed that a helicopter could have left the chateau without calling any attention considering how the media was loitering around their front gates. Maybe she really did sneak out in one of those food delivery vans, and caught a helicopter from another location!

Brad Pitt was seen leaving the hospital with one of the kids, so it seems they’re still just visiting Mom and not yet welcoming the new baby siblings.
At the time of this posting, it’s already late afternoon in France, so hopefully we’ll know something concrete soon. Although it would be fun for the Jolie-Pitt twins to be born on the 7th so they could share a birthday with me (ha!), I have a feeling it’s not going to be much longer.
I’ll keep you updated as to what’s going on!

Well, Happy early birthday! :) I’m just curious if the rumor that different companies are bidding $20 million for the first pictures of the twins. That’s crazy. Last I heard, JLo’s twins were the most expensive photos, at $5 or 6 million, which was just shy of Shiloh’s pics. But 20 million? Wow! I am hoping that Brad and Angie will do the same thing they did with the money they got for Shiloh’s pics and donate it to some wonderful charities. $20 million could go a long way for many of the charities they support.

Hoping for a safe delivery & wishing the JPs a wonderful experience and all the best!
Btw, if my eyes aren’t playing a trick on me there’s an Austrian toll sticker (”Vignette”, the red one, and one from last year too, the aquamarine one) on the windshield. I would so have nothing against it if they would take the four hour drive and come visit me in Carinthia. It’s very peaceful and quiet here (now that the soccer championship is over) and there are practically no Paps. ;)

I’m gald they have had a month of mellow out time, because if I’m not mistaken the crazyness is about to begin. Brad is not looking happy in this pic.

It would be sooo cool if the twins arrived on Bastille Day (July 14, I think) - it’d be a French connection, a holiday, and the French equivalent of our Independence Day/4th of July!

praying for healthy babies and mom. JLo’s babies
were 5 pounders, which I think is big for twins. My brothers were 2 & 3 pounds and did fine. Hopefully they will weight enough to be extra healthy. God Bless the whole family.
