Angelina’s rep denies birth story
People magazine has put the damper on the birth story rumors. Angelina Jolie’s rep has denied that Angie has given birth to her twins.
According to the rep:
“Angelina has not given birth. She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France.”
As some of us speculated, it’s most likely that Brad and Angelina have moved into their new home and are just enjoying some peace and quiet with their current four children, getting to know their property, and relaxing. With the layout of the property sources have said it’s pretty well impossible to get photos of them at home so they finally get a bit of privacy in the final weeks of being a family of six.

As far as I know, Geyer Kosinski (her manager) is Angie’s only press contact. She doesn’t have an agent or publicist. It seems odd to me that “People” wouldn’t name him.

I believe that she had them. From the size of her, I thought she would deliver in early June for sure. I never believed the August 19 due date. They are lying to the USA press to get some privacy.

Now Entertainment Tonite is saying that she’s given birth. You wonder somtimes if misinformation is put out there purposely to be able to afford them some privacy Angie actually does give birth. I would also think her brother James and his parents would be around as well. I also am pretty sure that when you have a C-section, all the following pregnancies have to be delivered that way as well. Anybody else have info on that?
Doesn’t matter when the new kiddos arrive just as long as they are healthy and Angie has no complications!

You don’t have to have a C-section just because you’ve had one before. They call it VBAC vaginal birth after cesarian. Just had one thanks.

I am not very concerned when Angelina is going to give birth to the newest addition to their family, however, I am concerned with the names that i heard she has chosen for her daughter. My name is Emily Jane and I heard that she is planning to name her child Amalie Jane. Her due date is sometime in August and my birthday is in August. Unless she wants her child to be forever confused with me, I suggest that she choose a different name. I understand why she has chosen the name Jane and I respect why she has chosen this name. I would like to ask her to choose a different first name for her daughter.

Angelina clearly said, “I have a few more months”, when asked when she was due. The August 18 due date is consistent with that, really. I also heard that she was pregnant while filiming Changeling. She was doing that in October and November, which is still consistent with an August due date. If she had those babies now they would be in trouble medically. Patience everyone, patience. She is a good candidate for a VBAC, because the only reason for her last C-section was the position of the baby. Still, seems like twins are more often delivered by C-section, especially lately. Time will tell.

I really don’t believe what AJ said “I have a few more months”. I think she would have said that even if her due date was a week away. I know I would if I was in her shoes.

Since ET Online website is down right now (technical difficulties?), I’d have to believe that People is probably got the story straight! I wonder how they will cover their “error” on tonights show? In any case, I’m glad that no one seems to be able to easily get at the truth–that means the Jolie-Pitt clan is probaby relaxing & enjoying their family time (with or without the twins in tow) without the constant harassment of the media!

yes, my mother had twins (me and my sister) by c-section cause we were premies and then had my little sister vaginally. so it is possible.
and i also don’t think she had her babies yet either cause i thought august sounded more accurate of a date.
i was guessing she was around seven months. and her stomach looks about right since she is having twins. :)
i’m with ya though. i hope they do another mag shoot. that would be really neat.

yeah dhc, i thought the same thing. and i find that angie was not SO big at cannes for someone who is pregnant with twins.
look at this pic, angie was pregnant with shiloh, she looked bigger than in cannes, and on this pic she had only one baby.

so i really think we have to wait a little bit more…
i think angie could give birth VBAC, cause i read somewhere that it’s better for twins (when everything is ok with the babies): after the first born, the medical crew have time to prepare the second coming (a few minutes between the two babies), but with a C-section everything must be fast doing. moreover, angie have fraternal twins, so there is two placentas and it’s harder for the gyneco.
we must ask angela, she is studiing healthcare (it isn’t?)

another question: do you think angie ‘ll make one more line on her arm’s tatoo or two with the same coordinate (i don’t know the good word in english…).
i would prefer she makes two lines with the same coordonate : one line per child was the aim of the tatoo so it’s seems more logical.
(this question could seem very superficial but i really love this tatoo and i think it has such a great meaning! beautiful!)

Thanks Girls for all the info! As you can probably tell, GYN is NOT my strong suit, actually it scares the hell out of me. I worked the Emergency Department. Melodie, I was wondering the same thing about the birth coordinate tattoo on her arm! Maybe they’ll change rooms and have two different ones for the babies. hehehhee
Thank God they are finally getting some privacy. Again I ponder the question, Wonder what cravings Angie’s sending Brad out for at 2am.

Months before we saw confirmation, angie’s pregnancy was rumored; long before we heard confirmation, twins were rumored; now the birth of the twins is being rumored; i not only believe it’s true, but I still believe that OTHER rumor is true also. . . that brad and angie got married.

Deana, it looks like Brad would have to go far if Angie wants anything special. Three miles just to get to the main road. I guess from now until they do have their new babies we will be seeing false rumors everyday. And then one day some one will be right. I bet Brad and Angie are having a good laugh over this. A couple months ago it was their wedding in New Orleans, now today they had 2 daughters, or 2 sons, or 1 of each. My goodness how hard it must be to be a Jolie-Pitt and have to go into hiding.

MYMICHELLE, I AGREE WITH YOU. MY FIRST WAS A C-SECTION,BUT I HAD A VAGINAL ONE WITH MY SECOND AND SO FORTH. YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE ALL IN C-SECTION. ALSO ANGELINA MIGHT BE GIVEN BIRTH IN THE MIDDLE OF JULY. SO JUST BE PATIENCE LOVELY FANS. FOR NOW WE ALL JUST WISH FOR ‘ANGIE TO HAVE A NICE REST. SHE WILL HAVE A VERY BUSY DAYS AHEAD OF HER. ET is just Embarrassed that they got it wrong,they are just trying to cover their tracks.When stories come out about them if it is true they have never denied it they just don’t say anything,why would they now come out so fortrighth and say no all they would do is not confirm.I am going to beleive PEOPLE MAGAZINE because they have a good relationship with the PITTS and if anyone can get the true story it’s them,not even EONLINE that usually has good sources close to them is saying it’s true.

ET and the Insider finally removed the story. It should be a lesson to us all to be careful about any story about these two, even from “trustworthy sources”. Everyone wants to have the news first. ET got “skunked” and believed the false story from earlier in the week and were too stubborn to say they were wrong. Who, besides medical people and Brad and Angelina wold be in the delivery room and apparently France has strict privacy laws about medical information.
At least People was slow and asked questions. ET’s credibility has been really brought down with this incident. They now look like Star with the “wedding” exclusive which spread like wildfire. I say, don’t believe anything about this couple unless it comes from them or someone official, even from People, though this incident increased my respect for them, I still don’t always believe them either. They have been way to quick to be a more like a tabloid, like with the Shania Twain story or using E Online as a reliable source. First the “other woman” was true, now they are not so sure.
When the twins come and who knows when that will be, let’s just hope for healthy babies and a safe delivery. Thanks for the site.

This is very puzzling. I’m surprised ET would persist with such a rumor when it can clearly be substantiated one way or another (the babies are either in or out, there are no other possibilities!). I’ll join in the rest of you who hope that it’s not true. It’s too early for them to be born yet, and I would be worried if they were here so soon.

About v-backs. As one in the medical field, there are several reasons that it is dangerous for both mother and baby. If there is a history of difficult delivery (it matters not if it was chosen or medically deemed), C-seation is a c-section and a v-back comes with its own element of danger and difficulties. It is not worth putting either patient in an unnecessary path of risk. Most Obstetricians don’t want or like the risk percentages. Its called malpratice. This field, outside of plastic surgery, is the highest in the medical field. This choice of delivery is becoming more and more commonplace with most of the populace. Why would being rich and famous matter. If it was because of said stomach muscles, wouldn’t she easily have a tummy tuck. However it isn’t the delivery that causes that problem, it is carring to full term! After all she is vain and all! Called stupid because some can’t get past her not having a higher education, that this equates with not being creative, thus how or why should they be famous. Good thing not all of us feel this or gasp! Actually read up on our history. THOMAS EDDISON FOR ONE! No formal schooling (school officals thought he was mentally slow), but extremely creative and highly intelligent! Thank God!! I can’t believe how society ripps apart what is or can’t be theirs. As for the photo-touching, damn me, but most people need it and most photographers worth their salt would and do touch up. Besides most of us are that vain, just refuse to admit it. God know they would be liers if they said different! Rich and famous have not cornered the market on it!

I don’t like the new vanity fair picture for some reason. I think its because she looks like a barbie doll.
Angie is really pretty naturally and I prefer her with minimal make up. She looks fantastic dressed casually and even more fantastic on red carpets but the people in charge of photo shoots don’t know how to bring out her beauty without over exaggerating it and making it look fake.

I agree with passerby….Vanity cover of Angie is a bit much. Teased hair and red lipstick is not the way we are used to seeing her. She definitely looks hot, certainly not the mother of six. Will be anxious to see pics inside.
I disagree with August due date….think late June or early July. I doubt if we will be seeing her doing any traveling or appearances to promote Wanted.

all in wigs. one is a green “britney style” wig and the other an old Cher style. She looks Fab, but not like the strong UN rep we have become accustom to seeing. But hey, thats not VOGUE

It has been a while that we have not seen Angelina heavily made up hence the reactions to VF photoshoot and I think the color of the lipstick on the cover is too way red not so her but she is still stunning and way way classic.

What a crazy day it’s been with the birth rumors, but I am glad it’s not true for the babies’ health! As for the VF photos–WOW–Angie looks amazingly chameleonlike. I love her in bangs, she’s rockin! The red lipstick is a bit much but I still like how versatile her look is. She’s all made up and in character as the gifted artist she is. Can’t wait to get this mag not just for the pix but for what seems to be a great interview.

It’s likely that the twins will be early, just because twins often come early, but why would Angelina say she was due in a few months when she is due sooner, Kim? Seems to me she is usually forthcoming.
