My goodness. All these wonderful things happening to this family! For two years it’s been “karma’s gonna give them hell,” and so far? if this is hell, I don’t think they could handle heaven!

    Thanks Robyn

It’s almost scary isn’t it? Someone commented that it was like waiting for the other shoe to drop. But I think even if that shoe did drop they would get through it together. I think it’s amazing that I actually feel like this thing between Brad and Angie is as real as what my husband and I have. Like you can feel the….the “rightness” of it, someone else said that too but I can’t remember who. Whoever it was you were right on!
Does anyone else think Brad resembles George Clooney in this picture?

I’m so thrilled for Brad’s nomination. I am literally going to PRAY he wins this—his part, though so, so short was truly brilliant. The competition is pretty tough. My biggest fear is that Jack Nicholson might win yet once again.

    Jan,

I totally agree with you regarding Jack Nicholson. That man could speak five words in a movie and he would win an Oscar. I just hope that the ones doing the voting will see that there needs to be a change in the way they vote. Brad Pitt definitely deserves the Golden Globes and the Oscar for Babel.

[…] While the Golden Globes and the International Press Association certainly thought Pitt was worthy of a nomination for his supporting role in Babel, the Screen Actors Guild did not agree. […]

Watch the clip below…Brad Pitt is caught arguing with someone, and Angelina is trying to smooth things over. I can make out a bit of what he says, but with his back to the mic, the rest is muffled. As he talks to Nancy O’Dell, he is very short & obviously cross, and not his usual nice self. What do you think?

Julie, I COMPLETELY agree!!! I thought I was just imagining it but I seriously thought, “Wow, they must have fought before walkin the red carpet”. Angelina looked really pissed about something.
