Best and Worst of Brad Pitt’s Movies
This is an interesting post. The author writes that because of the fact that everyone puts so much focus on Brad Pitt’s romantic relationships, sometimes people forget what an incredible actor he is. He then goes on to list what he thinks are the three worst and the three best Brad Pitt movies - and the reasons why.
Go check it out and let me know what you think. I definitely agree with his number one choice for best movie.

managed to see the list just now…i so dont agree with most of it…i loved joe black and loved kalifornia, everyone has their own take on what makes a great film…in fact i think brad has made such an amazing choice of parts over the years..such variety and each part played just right..i have never seen him in a movie and thought he was anything less than perfect for it.. i hope he will continue to act but it would really be good to see what he can bring to the screen as a director..hopefully that wont be too far off.

I Actually Liked Meet Joe Black So I Think His Worst Was The Mexican And Although Seven Was Amazing And Morgan Freeman Is Awesome, I Have A Deep Deep DEEP Love For Edward Norton That Is Almost Equivalent To My Love For Brad So I Gotta Say Fight Club Is Brad’s Best

Hhmm thats a tough one, its very subjective … I personaly liked Joe Black, mostly Brads look *yeah* ;) and the idea of the film, well the story wasnt that much impressive or surprising - agree about that.
I also liked Fight Club and Snatch it was a smart move to chose this kind of kind of unexpected roles. That shows he isnt limited to a soft and romantic character. However, the first film I noticed him first and liked his acting was Seven Years in Tibet. Its a realy amazing film.

I of course agree that bad pitt is one of the best actors of like all time. I am actress/model(more of a model right now, cuz modeling is easier to get into) And i would LOVE to work with him someday, cuz he is a great actor.
Unlike the person who wrote this i really liked “meet Joe Black” and brad did a great performance in it. IDK bout “fight club” because i mentioned to a friend that i wanted to see it but they said it wasn’t as good as it was said to be, but i wouldn’t know cuz i’ve never seen it.

I gotta admit, I have not seen all of Brad’s movies. Still, there are some movies that I did like and didn’t like. Like the writer, I find it hard to name my top 3, but I think mine would be Se7en, A River Runs Through It, and Fight Club (or maybe Snatch). I think I do agree with him about Meet Joe Black though, although he did look great in that movie.
Anyway, thanks for the link, Sherry. That was an interesting read.

I also first noticed him in Seven Years in Tibet… loved it. My favs have to be 12 Monkeys…, Legends of the Fall and A River Runs Through It. (Sorry, never saw Fight Club - not into fight movies).

Lisa, I didn’t want to watch Fight Club either, as I used to cringe when I see Brad being punched in movies. But after watching MAMS and Snatch, I thought I’d give it a shot. It’s a very interesting and good movie to watch. You might want to try it.

Top 3 (in no particular order) for Brad in terms of acting, IMO, would be:
12 Monkeys
Se7en
Fight Club
And one movie of his in particular which I like for obvious reasons - MAMS :) Of all the movies he’s done, that one changed his life..

Alayna:
Fight Club -WATCH IT WATCH IT…..it’s one of his best ever, in my opinion. Also Snatch, very funny.
I admit that MJB is one of my guilty pleasures and I love him in it. But not one of his best…he was not in a good place to be doing this film.

I do agree with his list but Kalifornia would have been in my Top 3.
He scared me witless in that and I hated his character, CAN you imagine it. He played that character so well you crossed that threshold and disliked Early Grace (character) severely.

BlessBrangelina is right…for those who haven’t seen Fight Club…do, do, do. I read an article in MSNBC that said one of the best director-actor team is David Fincher-Brad Pitt. I think I agree, and as I said in my earlier post Se7en and Fight Club are among the top in my list. That’s the reason why I can’t wait to see The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

How could he write that Sleepers is a bad film?
Brad Pitt is the only actor I know who hasn’t done a bad movie. Even his worst ones like for example The Mexican or Joe Black are far far far from being bad.

I have many favorites since Brad is so versatile. I only saw part of Fight Club on tv. For his looks: I like him in MJB, 7 Years in Tibet, MMS and Thelma and L. and the Oceans series. For acting: AOJJ, Seven, Legends, River Runs, Babel and Kalifornia. I did not care much for Troy, The Mexican, Snatch, Fight Club. Spy Games. Although he mentioned before that he accepted The Mexican and Spy Games because he was afraid that there will be no job offer for him. True Romance and the other film made in 1989 that was mentioned, Johnny Suede, I did not see yet.Of course, I have MMS in both copies: the regular one and the uncut version. That’s my fav.

the best one for me is Legends of the Fall.. I can watch it over and over again.. I also liked him in Interview with a Vampire. Brad totally eclipsed Tom Cruise there. :) i wonder why these 2 movies weren’t on the list?
