Brad and Angelina are top dressers
Vanity Fair’s September issue will be out soon, and in it they place Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie on the top of their best dressed couple list.
Well, no kidding. I know sometimes people dislike when Brad dresses in his casual clothes, but he has a distinct relaxed style. When they were photographed while strolling through New Orleans earlier this year, they both looked awesome.
And of course, we all know how amazing they look when they’re all dressed up!
Definitely worthy of topping the list!

Their style is impeccable when they’re going to a function and in their everyday lives, it’s so casual and cool! I love these two - they are effortless!

TODAY’S TIMES (Pacific): 6am, 9am, 12pm (noon)
Reelzchannel has a great program (”What It Takes”) that profiles an actor’s career in a half hour show. Yesterday’s show was on ANGELINA JOLIE, and will repeat today. (Later, it will repeat as part of reelz’ revolving program, but it’s hard to know which actor is on which day.) What’s great about “What It Takes” is the commentators are professionals working in the industry, e.g. Hollywood Reporter and co-workers vs. tabloids/comedians.
Some interesting things I learned: Angelina was the first woman to open an action movie (LC 1) successfully, and is considered the go-to woman for action films. It’s also worth noting that her roles have beeen strong women - emotionally, intellectually, physically, sexually.
Her huge blockbuster hits (gross worldwide figures from the program & imbpro):
Mr. & Mrs. Smith, $450 Million
Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, $252 Million
Gone in 60 Seconds, $230.5 Million
Bone Collector, $146.5 Million
TOTAL = $1.08 BILLION (not box-office poison by a long shot)
This is Hollywood’s standard accounting of box office success. (Haters can’t discount these films & say Denzel Washington, Nicholas Cage & Brad Pitt - were the reasons for the b.o. success, not Angelina. Because by the same token, these geat male stars wouldn’t have succeeded without Angelina. MMS is Brad’s top grossing film and we all know he’s never had such succes until he teamed up with Angelina. And Angelina was the sole star of Lara Croft = $252 Million.

There’s no question that Brad & Angelina can carry themselves in a very elegant way. They know how to dress in any occasion, they have great taste. I’m happy they made it to the top of the list.

i’ll be the 1st one to buy that issue of vanity fair! anyone knows when its going to be on the stand? ligaya thanks for that information i saved it on my favorites so i can use it to get back at the haters. lucy i also love love the versace dress that she wore at oceans13 premier but anyway i loved all her attires LOL! they are the BEST DRESSED CELEBRITY for me!

Irma, I want some what ever you’re cooking. My mom used to cook that and I sure love it. Casual or dressing up they wear it well. Even the cheap dress looks elegant on her.

Esrell, I don’t know if you are Filipino. menudo & rice are basically Filipino foods, menudo is mostly pork, potato, carrot, celery, raisins, garbanzo beans & tomato sauce, you have to eat it with rice.
I can’t cook as good as my mom but my husband loves it.
Hopefully, we have news about the Jolie-Pitts this coming week. Mad will be celebrating his 6th birthday on August 5. Good night.

You’re welcome. ;-) There are so many lies out there about Angelina that so many people believe - I’m very happy to share the facts. We need a truth squad - something like Angelina’s Army (like Dumbledore’s) - to defend Angelina’s honor.
