Brad Pitt #4 on the Sexiest Men Alive List
People has put out their annual Sexiest Man Alive issue, and our boy Brad Pitt is apparently the 4th sexiest man alive. Meanwhile, Matt Damon came in at number one (after all those years of jokes between him, Brad, and George Clooney!), Patrick Dempsey, and Ryan Reynolds slipped in front of Brad.
I know he’s likely still numero uno for many of the women here on PittWatch though! And I’m sure Angelina Jolie has him pegged as number one as well!
The quote along with Brad was:

Hee! Bill Clinton’s answer made me giggle!
As a funny aside, although I can’t find it online anywhere, I was watching my usual Canadian national news talk show this morning (Canada A.M. for those of you up here, and by the way, Seamus O’Regan should TOTALLY be on this list, ahem), and one of the co-hosts said that he had heard George Clooney was sending in unflattering photos of Matt to People to jokingly sabotage him. The way those guys goof around together always makes me laugh!
Now let’s all just look at that gorgeous photo of Brad Pitt for a minute or ten.

oooops!…I meant, GOD BLESS THE JOLIE-PITTS!…and I also forgot to meantion his most sexiest role….in “LEGENDS OF THE FALL”…Damn he was hot in that! I know he’s getting older, but his newfound wisdom, sensitivity to world issues, attentiveness to his children, and pensive expressive eyes are UNBELIEVABLY sexy to me….and I wasn’t always a fan, as just recently became a fan of them both! JA may have gotten a younger Brad, but i think Angie got the whole package with the sexy, mature, loving, paternal Brad. HOT HOT HOT!

Yeah! I’m first. It took me awhile since I was staring a the photo above for at least 12 minutes. I love his mature look, a great actor, father and what I said before, Matt is nice but I don’t think he is sexy. The word sexy to me is something more than the person’s looks. His voice, the way he walks, and of course the eyes, there is something very sexy with Brad’s eyes. Angie is one lucky woman.
BTW, Sherry, do you know that Ligaya’s name means happiness? It is the Philippine word for happiness. Will leave more comments later. It is getting late and I have to work tomorrow. Peace you all.

He has the looks, everything a woman can ask for, Angie is such a lucky lady. He has this appeal that makes your heart pounds. I prefer his aged looks, very masculine & rugged. He should bagged the sexiest man alive for the 3rd time. God bless the Jolie-Pitt’s.

I have to agree with janesmith. Legends of the Fall really showcases Brad’s sexiness…he looks incredible with long hair! He’s aging to beyond perfection. His hair is part of the total package and I wish he’d go without his hat so we can admire the entire package!

My other comment is still awaiting moderation. It’s always nice to wake up in the morning & see pictures of our favorite, I wished we have the whole Jolie-Pitt’s in the picture. I miss the kids.
Beowulf opens today, go out & see the movie, my husband & I will see it tomorrow at Imax, 45 minutes drive from our home but we don’t mind. Can’t wait to see it. Got to go to work.

Even at 19, I preferred older men. Young men my age were callow & experienced. Older men were smooth & sophisticated. At each age, there’s beauty. I don’t understand these shallow people who think people above 35 & older, with lines & wrinkles & gray hair are disposable. What, are they planning on committing suicide when they reach 35 y.o.? And if you love someone, don’t you make allowances for growing older and gaining weight?

I must confess I only liked Brad Pitt in the abstract before he became Angeina’s partner and the JP kids’ father. I agreed he was SMA, his butt in Troy to die for, but he didn’t move me emotionally to lust after him (I lust after Clive Owen).
And I’m afraid I succumbed to the stereotype of blonde airhead, shallow movie star. Who knew his interest in architecture was serious, that his humanitarianism & philanthropy preceded knowing Angie?
I was afraid at first when they got together. The backlash was so strong that I worried about the blowback on Angie. The backlash is still strong & stoked by tabs & bitter anti-A [h-word]. But it’s clear he’s one of the world’s best fathers, and Angelina speaks of what a supportive partner. Now, I’m solidly a Brad fan too.

I agree with all of you in that Brad grows older beautifully, yet I definitely prefer him in his 30s. Poor Angelina didn´t have him when he was at his hottest.

One of the best love making scenes BP ever did (IMHO) was in MEET JOE BLACK…such sensitivity and hotness…beautifully filmed. BTW Sophia, looks are only part of the appeal, I believe AJ has a MUCH better BP now than she would have when he was in his 30’s. Their connection comes from being on the same page on many, many levels. Men are easier to love when they are more mature…Bring on the salt & pepper!!!

I know this has nothing to do with the post made… but i just wanted to say that if you have plans on watching BEOWULF.. go… it is a greattt movie. I work at the movie theaters and i saw the first screening of it…. and it was great….. it is suppose to show today but i saw it last night.. it was GREAT… lol You are going to laugh at GRENDEL Angie’s son in the movie.. lol… HILARIOUS! i laughed all night……. the movie is funny, very raw.. and sexual! go see it..

My comment on Brad looking like Robert Redford has nothing to do with aging or getting old. I was merely saying that Brad has resembled Robert Redford more and more over time. Im not the first person to notice this similarity. If you dont see the similarity then that’s fair enough. Plus I think your generalisation on blonde men aging is a bit rough.

Off topic but can’t help & share my thoughts from watching Beowulf today with my hubby at Imax Theater. Guys you should see Beowulf, it’s really a great movie, Angie has a small part but she is really a Goddess of beauty in that movie, you can’t tell that she was that far from her pregnancy, you can’t tell that she was 3 months pregnant while filming Beowulf. Angie appeared again at the end of the movie. I was also surprised that it gets PG rating, has some nudity & violence. Over all, I will grade it a perfect 10.
The movie is worth the money we paid for, the theater are full of people, teenagers & adults alike. One of the best movies I’ve seen so far this year. Magnificent & Great movie. Go out & see it.

Just checking if new thread has been posted, guys if you haven’t seen “Beowulf” go out & see it, you will enjoy the whole movie. Angie looks so stunning. We will find out tomorrow how much the total earnings of Beowulf, right now, it is # 1 at the box office. Congratulations to all the actors & crews of Beowulf. One of the best movies ever this year. The SMA 2007 issue of People Magazine may be featuring Matt Damon, but it’s full of the great camarederie between Matt, George, Ben and Brad. Matt went on to say in his letter that he thought he had a good chance this year because he fired George as his campaign manager and went for Brad. It’s great to see fun, genuine friendship in such a jaded business.

I feel like I need to say this. Few years ago me and my husband were planning to return to Asian country or Indian sub continent country. There are many brown women like me in Asia and Indian sub continent country, but not many like Brad. I still wished I never wrote that letter, maybe that time I was having hard time in Sydney, maybe I just wrote the letter for no reason. I mean he won’t even know I exist in this world. My husband once told me that there are so many women like me on the streets, he told me why would Brad give a damn about you. My husband was right.
