  to Evelyn luvs the pitts - I understand why they protect and keep Shiloh away from the public.

  Most of the times, the media and public at large focus on Shiloh and ignore the other kids. If what Lainey said is true - her sources says Brad and Angelina get upset when the media and public at large call the other kids their adopted kids when in their house, they make no difference between adopted/biological.

  In a way, you can’t blame them. On one hand you have the media and public at large want to see Shiloh as though she is the only ONE when to the parent, there are 4 kids not one. On the other hand, you have two parents that treat their kids equally yet the public only want to focus on one of them.

  Plus, look at the tabloid exploitation of the kids, Shiloh in particular for $$$ gains. And the stories on Zahara and Pax.

  Hence, less public outings or low profile of Shiloh.

  Shiloh was in the seat behind Brad ,Pax wasn’t with them. I saw the video on the TMZ tv show last night.n the video you can hear Z saying” I’m scared” and Angie saying” Calm down”.Brad says to the guy filming them” Come on,man”I’m paraphrasing their comments.On msnbc they posted the interview Brad did this morning on the Today show he talks about Xmas plans.It’s cute

  Has anyone ever had a baby? Shiloh is little, and must have naps regularly, so they probably go out during her sleep time. I’m sure both Brad & AJ are taking care of her like a sweet delicate being that she is!!! Also, my feeling is that Z has had major fear issues because of the cameras being pointed at her, along with the strangers shouting out their names, so why tramatize Shiloh as well? Look at Brad’s expression towards the person taking this picture…he’s not exactly pleased, and neither is Angie. They both look tense to me. LET THEM BE!!!!! There are some things are are simply not for public consumption. Peace to all.

  So glad to see zee and maddox; i miss pax and shi too; even though we don’t see as many pics of shiloh on these boards, her face is ALWAYS on the magazines moreso than the other children; also, i’ve noticed that shows like Extra and E.T. will show clips of Shiloh more than the other children; people are always complaining that shiloh is often excluded - but no one ever complains about poor little pax hardly being seen.

  well, I am of the view that until these kids are treated equally by the media or public, we shall always have people wishing to see this one or the other.

  Actually, I think what Angelina and Brad are doing is trying to make Shiloh anything but Hollywood. i.e no dressed up in burberry a la Suri or frequent Shiloh sightings in Hollywood.

  Purposely, not talking about her.

  They want Shiloh to grow up without the media frenzy on her for one - it is not fair to the little poor kid and secondly, not fair to the other 3 kids.

  I look at them and think the energy it must take to get it up to go out and face those photographers all the time. Wow. It would be hard. Maybe Shiloh cries a lot when the crowds come near. (Althought we don’t see pictures of that). Kids are all different.

  I think she looks very thin again. Unhealthy thin. Maybe it is just her hair pulled back like that.

  New Orleans looks cold and miserable. I lived in Texas and the problem with winter in the South is that it is just dreary.

  I was remembering that great picture of them last Pitt-birthday. The one at the house Frank Lloyd Wright (sp?) built. Very cool.

  I agree, AF, I also wish Angie would be dressed less formally and conservative. She´s too young to always dress so conservatively. I wonder why she likes to dress like that. I have two kids myself, and the clothes she wears are absolutely not practical!! She´d look fresher and younger with different clothes, but of course you can´t argue about taste! And as I said in the other thread, it´s so weird to see her out doing something active and sporty like cycling. I know it´s normal for Brad, he´s stated many times how much he likes cycling, but Angelina I could never picture doing anything “normal” like that - so that´s great. I´m sure they had fun. And btw, has anyone noticed that Zahara is wearing PINK? How did that happen?? I´m not necessarily into pink, but it´s nice to see her wearing something colourful. Except for the fact that they might be overdoing it a little on the simple colour scheme, I love their taste in clothing the kids, btw.

  It’s also cold and flu season, so, Shiloh may be sick. Hope not, but who knows. I miss seeing pics of her, too, but at the same time, maybe they feel they need to be a little bit more protective of the youngest one. I hate to say it, but it seems that the bounty on her (media wise) seems the highest compared to her older siblings.

  I think Angelina looks thin because of the black. The color is rather slimming, and it doesn’t help that the weather is dreary. She still looks beautiful though. Anyway, people have their fashion tastes, and if she feels comfortable wearing that outfit for a bike ride, why not? It may not seem practical for the rest of us, but if it works for her then, it’s okay. I just think it’s cool that she’s riding a bike.

  My thoughts exactly Sophia. I think people would find Angelina more approachable and real, if she wasn’t so made up and styled. I know Brad loves her , but I think he too would prefer Angelina w/ a less severe look- w/ a style similar to his (”casual cool”). I just saw the Film Review magazine cover w/ Angelina (circa 2000). She had a softer, younger look.

I almost missed it, I watched it before going to work & tonight, Extra, they also had topic about Brad & Ange sightings in NOLA. So nice to see them both doing what regular folks do, they are enjoying their very short privacy moments in NOLA, now the papz knows where they are so everybody are there stalking them again.   Angie seems very approachable and real to me. Everyone who meets her say how warm and nice she is. I find it so strange to read some of the comments here tonight. Why not watch the video on TMZ about the vendor who recently met Angie and Brad and what his impressions of Angie were.

  let me see, angie is dressed in a pair of casual black pants, flats, a short black coat and her hair pulled back, with little or no make-up, and that is being called styled and made up? this would be funny if it wasn’t so ridiculous. can’t we just enjoy seeing them without the constant analysis? angie dresses very chic and elegant, very european. no juicy sweatpants and hoodies for her, thank god. personally, i love her style, and i recently read where a designer (his name escapes at the moment) says she is always dressed appropriately for every occassion.
  and i am sure brad has no complaints with the way she dresses. isn’t love great?

  I don’t know about you folks but since we are talking about a woman with such strong opinions and beliefs, it is not far-fetched to say that she is very traditional and conservative when it comes to fashion.

  I think since she became a mother, she downplays her sexuality. Even more when she is in a SERIOUS relationship.

  Not to say that she was not sexual with BBT but the difference now is that she decided to make that private - between her and Brad.

  Or, the romantic in me thinks that it is due to Brad’s possessiveness that she is dressed down. The guy is overly possessive of her.

  So fun & refreshing to see the Jolie-Pitts taking an ordinary family bike ride. Except for the paps - please, oh, please don’t let the paps descend on NOLA like the pack of hyenas they are. Let the Jolie-Pitts & New Orleans have peace!

  I think Angie & Brad have reached their limit with the paps - they don’t like them & they don’t like being hunted. I know when I’m unhappy I don’t like to pretend and smile. I do think Angie’s face looks a little gaunt (because she’s still grieving & has a hectic schedule) which seems to make her look hard - though she isn’t hard from all accounts. The fans at various RC, the toy/flower shop owner, the people at museums/amusement parks etc. that they’ve visited can speak to how totally approachable Angie is when she’s not having to deal with the paparazzi. Here’s hoping getting more rest next year will help her regain her normal weight.

  As for being sporty, Angie is just as good as Brad in riding motorcycles & is a better pilot than him. Do those count as sporty? I think she was pretty sporty & active in all her action movies: Wanted, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, & the Lara Croft movies. I don’t think Brad has done the kind of stunts Angelina has, but Angie said they both shoot well.

  About Angie’s clothes, there’s a couple of things. I’m an atheist but when my grandmother died, in her honor I wore only black for a year & I even went to mass daily. When I was a young girl, I had a friend who pretty much dressed like Shirley Temple every day because she loved it - even though it made her different from the rest of us and she wouldn’t play some games if it would make her dirty. She wasn’t weird, she was just different - dressing like Shirley Temple was her passion, her artistic expression. Having been a hippie, and living a lot of my life in the San Francisco Bay Area - I don’t make judgments about how people dress.

  As for Zahara’s jacket, it looks more like a Chinese jacket to me with its frog closings and mandarin collar. Though we’re used to the karate gi (worn by Luke Skywalker) as a martial arts uniform, there arre other styles of martial arts uniforms - including one like what Z’s wearing. (I studied shotokan kiarate in college, and hope to study it again after my husband retires.)

  My husband & I had a couple of drinks at the Abbey last October. The bartender said Nicholas Cage & a few other famous people, besides Angelina, had dropped in. The bartender said Angie was cool & really low-key. The Abbey isn’t fancy, it’s more like a NOLA dive - somewhere that everyday New Orleanians go with friends & drink local beer.

  The cool thing about Angie is that she doesn’t give a bleep about what people think of her and whatever choices she makes, whether it’s her fashion sense or the kind of activities she does with her family. Though I’m sure she values the opinion of those closest to her.

  I actually like the way Angie dresses. It’s sophisticated. And I agree with “a fan.” Angie seems approachable, and those who have met her only seem to have nice things to say about her. Besides, we’ve seen Angie sans make-up, and wearing only a simple coat and flats, and her hair slightly unkempt (i.e. at Brad’s Maket It Right presentation), and in some of those pics she seemed rather gregarious, as she just chatted it up with the locals.

  ligaya, the weight Angie has now, it’s her normal weight (the only difference is her round and full face that she lost with her pregnacy). So don’t wait for her to put any more weight, except if she will be making a film like Tom Raider and goes again on a especial program. But even if that happens the difference isn’t much.

  She is skinny since ever. And the stupidest thing is that people always made fun of her because of it.

  Good morning to all the Jolie-Pitt fans. Up early, my g-kids are here with us & woke me up early. It’s always nice to see that the Jolie-Pitt’s are having a good time in NOLA, they have much needed rest from the papz, it looks like it will be short lived though. I wish they will have some x-mas photos later, that will be so awesome. X-mas will always be special to the Jolie-Pitt’s household specially to Pax, it’s his first x-mas with them, it must be a very exciting day for him.

  just finish watching brad ET interview on my tivo,on the tv show brad said how he is teaching his children his x-mas traditions like when he was a kid,like watching rudolph the red nose reindeer,however when madd saw it he said it was weird,lol,brad has a way to go with mad-the ET video online doesn’t have this part.

  Hello fan; We were surprised one year to see the classic Rudolph story and it was weird because of the elf in charge always screaming at his employees and showing a lot of 50’s style management tactics that are downright abusive in today’s perspective.   The couple are planning on teaching their children - adopted Maddox, six, Pax, four, Zahara, two, and their biological daughter, 18-month-old Shiloh - the real message of the festive season by helping people in New Orleans who were affected by last year’s Hurricane Katrina.

  Angelina said: “We’re talking about spending the holidays in New Orleans. We’ll spend the morning with our children, make it special for them and then we’re going to spend the day helping others in need.

  Angela, moderation is very common here. I know - I had 9 posts under moderation one time. I have 2-3 under moderation now. I know what you mean about not understanding why your message was moderated, since we can’t see the reason. For one thing, the moderation gods & goddesses have a filter that automatically triggers moderation.

  It gets a little frustrating at times. I’ve just learned to let it go. I’m thankful numerous porn & other spam are filtered out. Sherry’s the only one to go through the moderated posts & tries to do it a couple times a day (minus when she’s sick). She’s got kids another couple of sites.

  I think we can be patient, don’t you? After all, it’s the holidays and we’re all super-busy. Let’s give Sherry some slack, she’s not paid for this - and sometimes she suffers uncalled for abuse from certain quarters.

  I for one thank my lucky stars that Sherry owns this site.

  I love the color-coded presents. Now, that’s organization! Cut the confusion come xmas morning for 4 young ones with energy to spare. It will be crazy at the Jolie-Pitt household.

  I wonder if the Jolie-Pitts released a family picture at xmas & easter if we the public would be satisfied with that - and have the paps leave the kids alone the rest of the time. Or have them limit swarming the kids to when they’re picked up & dropped off at school.

  The spirit of giving that’s Christmas & Brad & Ange will do the very meaning of it during this holiday season. What a very nice & unselfish idea. My daughter used to volunteer at the homeless shelter during x-mas, she said, she thank God everyday how lucky we are compared to those people in the homeless shelters & those victims of Katrina.

  Jeez!!- I happen to admire Brad and Angelina in their efforts to help those in need. They generously donate their time, money, effort, names, and hearts to real people in need; it’s easy to care for your own family; Brad and Angie, however, show it is possible to care for others as well. Their actions impart a genuine kindness and selflessness. With that said, I still think it is ok to comment on Angie’s clothing and hair style. Whether I like what she’s wearing or not, doesn’t negate all the other things I love about her (and Brad). Furthermore, most people do not have a chance to speak w/ Angelina direclty to discover her “warmth”, so her appearance factors strongly in a lot of people’s impression of her. And as I said earlier, she would appear more approachable and real less made up and less styled.

  OMG. Saturday is heaven & maybe Sunday too. The family outing, this time Shi included. She has grown a lot & she is really looks like little Bradley, except of course of her mommy’s lips. She is so adorable, even Z is growing up so fast. The brothers are like twins, they get along so well. It reflects Brad & Ange’s parenting skills. I hope, they have video of this new family outing, they can’t even do this in L.A or NY. Love them. Thanks.

  i’m not sure if this news really has a place in this blog (it is somewhat irrelevant and kind of a downer), but i just wanted to shed a bit of light into it because it’s about international adoption, something that brad and angie have an interest in. i just feel bad for the child and hope that something will be done about it. http://blog.foreignpolicy.com/node/7450

  I’ll be happy when we as a society can STOP differentiating “adopted” children from “biological” children; all of the children are loved equally by their parents but outsiders (especially media) seems to put so much more importance on biological children; it should stop because it makes me sick;

  on a lighter note - all of the children are so beautiful and happy; i luv pax’s long hair; shiloh has the most chewable cheeks; mad is assuming his big brother role wonderfully and zee is simply irresistable.

  I’m glad aj has style and grace. I would love to dress like her on a regular basis. It’s nice to see celebs or anyone for that matter taking some pride in their appearance. I do however wish brad and angie were wearing helmets.

  There’s a video on the internet it’s really cute Angie’s chain comes off her bike and she’s just
  Like:
  Angie :”Brad something’s happened to my bike”
  Brad :”Has the chain come off?” (Angie looks down.
  Angie :”Yeah.”
  Brad laughs. And her assitant comes and helps her.
  There’s also another video were you can hear either Zee or Shiloh saying something and Ange starts cooing all over them!
