Brad Pitt and Quentin Tarantino at San Sebastian Film Festival

Brad Pitt and Quentin Tarantino were scheduled to talk about Inglourious Basterds at the San Sebastian Film Festival, and Brad is to present the film later in the evening.
I think Brad cleaned up quite nicely after his quick arrival earlier in the day (I’ve updated with some more photos over there)! He still has the slightly bushy beard thing going – though a PittWatch reader suggested that it may be for an upcoming role, perhaps Lost City of Z. While I’m not a fan of beards, he still looks great in his suit and no facial hair in the world can distract from those beautiful, piercing blue eyes!

He looks very hot!!!I don’t like the beard much,but still…he is a very handsome man!!!I think that it could be for his role in Lost City of Z too.It’s a thought.
Anyway,it’s too bad that Angie is not there with him!I love to see them together on a RC!!!But sure she is having a wonderful time with the kids!!!

Brad is hotter than hot, he sizzles the grddle, I just love a scruffy looking man it such a turn on, who cares as long as Angie like it nothing else matters. He is probably needs to look scruffy for his next movie, anyway he looks GREAT!!!!!!!!!

Brad sure look old on the second photo and yeah, his looks are scruffy.. i beginning to wonder how it feels to be tickled by those hair while his kissing Angie and the kids.. haha! if Angie and the kids don’t like it maybe Brad will scrape it off.. maybe they love being tickled by those hairs.. hahaha!

The shoes that he is wearing he got from one of his assistance. I think that’s a nice thing that he did, wearing it to a photo call. I’m sure the person that gave it to him must be happy that he wored it.

Thanks Sherry! Wow. Brad looks absolutely yummy. He’s got too beautiful a face to hide behind all that hair. But whether his facial hair is for a role or just because he decided not to shave while on vacation he still looks wonderful. And I’m glad he’s not wearing sunglasses so we can see those beautiful baby blues.

Thanks for these absolutely yummy pics of Brad, Sherry! He looks sooo sexy in these pics. I don´t like beards that much but he sure has grown it for Lost City of Z. Angie sure likes that look but hey, she loves him no matter what he looks like. I´m also very happy that he isn´t wearing sunglasses so that we can see his beautiful blue eyes. I think that this is what Knox is gonna look like when he grows up. He´s gonna be a very handsome man just like his dad. Brad hasn´t got any extra fat in his body. He´s still as lean as ever. But if you take a closer look at Quentin he´s the one who´s most definitely gained some weight. I´m sure that the kids were missing their dad enormously while he was away. I really hope that Brad will be back home today (if he already isn´t. Spain is so close to France that maybe he flew home late last night. God bless the JPs 4ever!
BP as always looks good except his facial hair. If it’s for his next movie, then it’s understandable. Anyways, his TOTAL look is not diminished by the extra hair growing on his face although it’s distracting sometimes. Besides, if AJ is OK with it, I am sure she accepts BP, warts & all, with all her heart & soul. Also. more than anything else, they are together because as what AJ said, “It should be about that kind of depth of understanding you can have with another person. It goes beyond the superficial & the physical. I find it very sensual when a couple can look deeply into each other’s souls & hearts. There are very few people who can hold me in a way, to look at them & talk to me. And make me cry, and to talk to me about my life & say, ‘ I believe in you ‘ .”

I have to agree, I am not a fan of facial hair either. I hope it is just for a movie project. But he still looks good. Sounds like the family is well and happy and very much in love in France. I like that even though they are not here in the states where they constantly get ripped apart by the tabloids, there is still a trickle of news here and there. And good news, not the trash that is printed over here. Keep up the good work. Have a good weekend, everybody.

Sherry, I have a question for you: Quentin Tarantino will be here in Italy (Rome) on Monday night (sept 21) to present his film. Rumors say Brad will not be there… Do you have any idea whether he will participate to this event or not? Please if you get a chance to know, will you tell me? Thank you so much.
Actually I like his facial hair. Wanting to know more about “Lost City of Z” I google Colonel Percy Harrison Fawcett. There is a photograph of the Colonel in full regalia and the facial hair. It is a duplicate of Brad’s new growth and I “hate” to say it but it will get a lot bushier and longer when they being to shoot the movie. Have a great party, Sherry.

ok the top half of his face is totally out of sync with the bottom half. He looks 10 years younger on the top. It’s kind of funny; he looks boyish and graddad-ish. lol. I hope the extra hair is just for his next role. He looks quite charming with NEAT facial hair. I remember when was a LOT younger and decided to go all bushy, now that was a sight lol.
Don’t worry guys, the facial hair is for his next movie “The Lost City Of Z”. At the conference in Spain, he mentioned that they were in Kenya. He was so proud telling everyone that his kids are good imitating him in his TN. accent.The Jolie-Pitt’s will be in Brazil soon.God bless the Jolie-Pitt family.

irma- It may be for Lost City of Z, but I doubt they’ll be in Brazil soon. We haven’t heard a word about Lost City of Z being ready to shoot, which tells me that it will probably be at least a few more months.
Besides, isn’t Moneyball scheduled to finally start shooting this Fall?
Keats- I saw that picture, too, and you have a good point. The movie probably won’t start shooting for awhile, but Brad probably had to start growing the beard now, as it takes awhile to grow a beard that bushy and long.
neer – I sooo agree with you. Brad´s eyes are really glowing in thse pics. So he truly is happy and content in his lfe & his family. These weeks the family has spent in France have made wonders to him and to the whole family I´m sure. He and Angie don´t care at all what those rags back in States write about them now (or have written and will unfortunately always be writing) about their alleged break-up. They are very much together and in love. Every minute he spent in Spain sure was an agony to him because it meant that all that time was away from his family. He loves them all so much that he just can´t imagine his life without them anymore. God bless the Jolie-Pitts forever!

Lisa – although I´m Finnish I really wish that Brad would be there for IB´s Italian premiere so that all you Italian fans would be happy to see him. But I have my doubts since he´s been doing some heavy promotion work for IB all spring and early summer. And even though he and the family have been spending a lot of time in France recently having a much deserved family time Brad sure want to attend some of those European premieres too. Spain and Italy are so close to France that he can easily fly for the premiere and fly back home right after the premiere. Angie sure won´t mind IF he chooses to attend the Italian premiere. She knows that he´ll be back soon and she trusts Brad 100%. I really wish that if Brad goes to Italy he would take Angie with him. God bless the JPs!
If he is getting ready film that could be the reason for the facial hair. If not, then possibly it is because he is happy and content and is just doing his own thing. Brad needs not to impress anyone these days and maybe Angie is happy that he has reached that point in his life. A family, that is really all cares about. They come first.
Mary Ann – you are sooo right. Brad has reached a point in his life when he doesn´t have to impress anyone anymore. He can choose what he does and when he does it. The family is the most important thing in his (and naturally in Angie´s life too) at the moment. I´m pretty certain that if it would come to the point where both of them should choose between their careers as actors and family they would most definitely choose family. Brad and Angie are meant for each other and they both have brought up a totally new side in each other. Brad has for example changed Angie´s mind of having biological children and Angie has given Brad a family he yearned for for years with Jennifer Aniston. And she has also made him to quit smoking. I really wish that this beautiful relationship keeps growing and that they have more children. God bless them always!
irma- Good point! Brad and Angie have their “three-day” agreement (i.e., neither of them will be away from home for more than three days). That’s a big part of why I’m guessing he won’t go to Italy tomorrow.
I am a Brad Pitt fan for many reasons, personally and artistically — but what a big disappointment his Aldo was in Inglorious Basterds. I think his character was very poorly written, but also he just didn’t “get there.” This is a first for me to see him play a totally unbelievable character. On the other hand, a standing ovation to Christopher Waltz playing Col. Landa! I am eager to see Brad’s next movie, to wash away Aldo’s aftertaste quick!
