Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie attend Museum of Contemporary Art Gala

This weekend in Los Angeles, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie attended a special gala at the Museum of Contemporary Art which had a guest list of approximately 1000 people.
The museum was on the brink of financial disaster (curse this economy!) but a philanthropist made a donation of a $30 million gift. Talk about being saved! I think it’s wonderful that people still care about the arts because it often gets shoved aside as something unimportant – and it’s not.
As you would expect, Brad and Angelina looked just wonderful. It looks like the gala was a black tie affair with Brad in a (presumably Tom Ford) three piece suit and Angelina in a black strapless gown. They look gorgeous, don’t you think?

Susan – you´re SOOO right. The tabloids are so wrong. They write whatever they please and every time they´re absolutely wrong. Do these PDAs that we can so clearly see in these videos show any signs of a rift in this relationship? I don´t think so! They look really happy in these videos. So lets boycott all these stupid rags in the future too. They know NOTHING about the strenght of this relationship! Brad and Angie are getting stronger and stronger every day!

I love the photo of Angelina looking at the artwork with her back to the camera… the photo itself looks like art!
You know, I’m not really a fan of “body language experts”. How come someone have any idea about a relationship only by a couple of pics? Even videos, sometimes, may not be reliable sources…
In any way, to see Angie & Brad in a lovely moment, even for a few seconds, is just beautiful, isn’t it? (Thanks Angela for the complete video.)

Always so interesting to read everyone’s comments. They look great together and I am happy to see that on the weekend’s they are able to get out together and have some private time from the kids. I also saw pictures of their jewlery line, and I also try not to look pictures of snakes, I have a huge fear of them. But this line is beautiful but of course way way out of my price range.
I think it is really insane how articles are written on this couple which are really silly. If they did not want to be together, they would not be together. They gain nothing by being in a bad relationship. I wish all the negative people would understand this and think realistically. No one profits from a bad relationship. This couple love each other and are beautiful together. I choose to do like they do and ignore all the negative publications. As for the novel, I was looking on Amazon and others have written books on Anige in the past which have all quietly die. This one will die also!
Sorry, my computer is acting very squirrely – I just saw the video and think it is just lovely. I understand that Sherry said that she didn’t think a public display of affection was appropriate at this event but I think they handled it very appropriately. It was subtle and respectful.
I don’t think that people who questioned why they seemed so distant from one another, in the photos, meant harm. I think they were just a bit concerned because it seems all those awful rags have Angelina on the cover this week and are, as usual, spewing hatred and lies. (The fact that just about every comment they’ve ever made about the couples proves to false, doesn’t seem to stop them.) I think their questions came from concern, not criticism. I could be wrong, but that is what I’d like to think!
The jewelry line is gorgeous – I wish I could afford a piece!
BlessBrangelina – No, Getty isn’t at all like the other photographers. While the others are paparazzi, Getty is a serious photo agency that takes event and editorial photos. For instance, you never see a Getty photographer chasing someone down the street to get their photo so they can sell it as quickly as possible. Getty takes photos when they’ve been invited.
It’s not unusual for photos to be released before video. But really, they’re not tabloid at all.

thankyou for not only this website which always gives a fair and good opinion of over loved starts brad & angelina, thankyou for the video link as it showes a very diffrent picture all other websites & magazines are painting showing serious picture while viewing art and making out that they are not happy.which is most definatley wrong of the mags and critics.thanks again lots of love to all brad & angelina fans out there

Lucy- I strongly recommend ignoring the tabs completely for the next few weeks. Sometimes I allow myself a quick peak at the cover, but from now until that book comes out, I am adopting a strict “don’t even look at the cover” policy for the tabs!
Oh, and I think one of the latest rumors is that the book claims that Angie once spread “nasty” rumors about JA (I stumbled across that on the Internet, not from looking at a tab cover!). For what it’s worth, even if the book DOES claim that, I seriously doubt it’s true. I mean, Angie seems like the last celeb on Earth who would spread nasty rumors about someone! I also doubt that Angie thinks any ill of JA!
Gena- I don’t believe the tabs either, and think they’re ridiculios! However, with all due respect, I can sort of see why they try to spread the break-up rumors. After all, Brad and JA stayed together and faked being happy when they really weren’t. The tabs probably think, “Hey, if Brad stayed with JA when he wasn’t happy in the relationship, why not do the same with Angie?”
All of that said, I agree that the tabs are out of their minds!
Well, I’m extremely amused and intrigued of the Days of their Lives of Brad and Angelina,,,,I really wished them the best in keeping it together. And seeing these photos of them together at the Moca museum, shows that they are truly the most beautiful and the most handsomest couple there is,,,,with a incredibly precious brood of children to raise!

I never believe the tabs as they are trying to sell their product. They care nothing for a lovely, committed family trying to do the best they can for their family while living under a microscope. Brad and Angie are soul mates who will take care of their family to the best of thewir ability while living a very public life. How would any of you like to be invadesd by cameras whenever you leAVE THE HOUSE AND be subjected with criticism anytime you leave or enter different homes. They are gifted but they are also the most published couple in this century and it’s got to be extremely taxing to have strangers second guess your life’s intentions without really knowing what the truth really is. The tabs are guessing to make sales. Brad and Angie love each other and their family and will do whatever is necessary to keep the family solid and together.I Love Brad and Angie and I want to see them succeed.They will if the tabs leAVE THEM ALONE.!!!
