Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie on Hello Magazine
Here’s what I like about Hello! Canada magazine. They are one of the few magazines that aren’t currently insisting that Angelina Jolie is definitely pregnant, is not pregnant because she’s having fertility problems, is carrying twins, underwent in-vitro, is adopting another child, or is having a dangerous and high risk pregnancy. Seriously, that’s what all the other covers have. Check some of them out over here.
Hello! on the other hand, has a beautiful picture of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at the SAG Awards, and the headline is simply: “With Brad by her side, Angelina Jolie looks happier than ever as their love story continues to fascinate the world”.
That is great. Then again, they’ve usually done a pretty decent job of not being trashy.
I nearly picked a copy up because it’s dirt cheap compared to many magazines, but I hadn’t brought my bank card, just enough cash for the things I really needed to buy (couldn’t give up the dish soap and have a filthy sink just so I could read about my favorite couple after all!), but I did take a minute to flip through it. Inside, they had some beautiful pictures of Brad and Angelina at the awards, holding hands, smooching, and looking very much in love. You know, just the way we all believe they truly are!

That Hello magazine, is that consider Tabloid mag in your country? It looks like, Hello mag is a lot better than the tabloids we have here in the States. Brad & Ange are all over the covers of the tabloids mags. I plan to buy a copy tomorrow because of Brad & Ange. God bless them.

Thanks Sherry. I love Hello mag, I used to get the UK one. Now I have to hunt it down over here. Why can’t the rest just write what they see not all these “spiced up” articles. *shakes head*

Irma, no it’s not a tabloid at all. They’re very respectful. You can even see that in the headline for Heath Ledger - there’s no speculation about how he died just “fondly remembered by family and friends”.
I like that they don’t sensationalize things.

You know im not really Angie’s #1 fan but i must admitt the poor woman can’t win. She is for once looking healthy and has put on the much needed weight the tabs have been pestering her about and all they can do now is speculate that she is not only pregnant but with twins, Thanks HELLO mag for being kind to them.

Good for them - it’s about time a magazine focus on what’s important, which is two people who are in love with one another and the world.

Thanks Sherry for the clarification. I wish we have more reliable magazines here but now a days, they are after money not the truth. I buy magazines for their pictures to save , US weekly have nice pictures of Brad & Ange this week though I don’t like the mag itself.
Maybe, tonight, we will have Brad & Ange’s pictures from Santa Barbara film Festival.
I have to work late today & maybe till Sunday morning, it’s our inventory at work.
God bless the Jolie-Pitt’s.

I like that Hello is not a sleazy tabloid. Their pictures are usually nice & big. They make the Hermes dress look beautiful. The pattern is supposed to be an abstract version of Hermes’ signature design - whatever that is.
Me? Not my fave RC dress - but I agree with everyone that it would be totally beautiful with Ange as goddess - barefoot on a white sand beach in Hawaii, barefoot in her garden or the moujntains.

Back to business as usual - comment in moderation. ;-) Maybe I shouldn’t have used the sl**zy word.
Anyway, there were a couple of things Angelina would have loved at Sundance. There was a fantastic documentary “Triage: Dr. James Orbinski’s Humanitarian Dilemma” (Canada) about the Nobel Prizewinning head of Doctors Without Borders during the harrowing years of Rwanda. MSF (French) was given $1M dollars as the Jolie-Pitt Foundation’s first donation.
The other thing she’d have liked was the panel on “Stories That Must Be Told: Today’s Human Rights Documentary Movement.”

On the last Saturday of the Film Fest, the question of the day will be “how crazy will the red carpet scene be outside the Arlington Theater tonight?”
That’s because Angelina Jolie will be here to receive the Outstanding Performance of the Year Award and the word is that Brad Pitt will be here with her.
Carol Marshall’s publicity staff has been snowed with requests from media to cover the event.
Complicating matters is that Jolie’s people have placed some fairly strict conditions on her appearance here. The number of still photographers allowed into the red carpet press area will be limited. As in, the low single digits. The only TV interviews that she will grant will be with local broadcast outlets.
Despite that last restriction Entertainment Tonight is sending Leonard Maltin up here with a crew in hopes that Jolie will change her mind. It’s sweeps month for TV broadcasters and ET would sure like to go home with a Jolie exclusive to bump up those ratings numbers.
My prediction as to who is most likely to get an interview on video with Jolie, Santa Barbara Middle School’s Teen Press.

HELLO is obviously staffed by nice people. Isn’t it the magazine that ran the first pics of Angie and Pax?
Okay so you guys will appreciate this . . . I had a DREAM about Angie and Brad last night. They issued the official announcement in People that we were all waiting for . . . but instead of announcing a pregnancy it announced that they were adopting 17 year old twin girls from Sierra Leone! It made me chuckle when I woke up and realized what my subconscious was up to.

Nice dream, Andrea :-) !
I’d looove to see SBIFF pics. There’s a very nice article below of Angelina’s award for Outstanding Performance of the Year.

Under moderation – 1 about Angelina’s muumuu, 1 about Doctors Without Borders documentary at Sundance.
OK, for something OT: Hubby & I went to Sundance for first time to see world premiere of son’s 2nd movie “Sugar” (about a young kid from the Dominican Republic making his way in the minor leagues). Just like his 1st movie “Half Nelson,” it got great reviews from the NY Times, LA Times, Salon, Village Voice, Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, Major League Baseball, Variety & Screen Daily. “Sugar” still needs a theatrical distributor, but HBO produced it so we’ll see it sometime on HBO.

Hi Sherry,
Unfortunately, I don’t see Hello Mag in the grocery stores in Mission Viejo, CA. All I see are the notorious ones, US, Life & Style, InTouch, Star, Enquirer, Globe and OK. The only one I want to see is People whenever I get the chance. Sometimes this trashy tabs will have a dramatic headline on the cover then if you check the article itself, it says the reps denied this news. Some of them have pictures I haven’t seen but I now all the writing are made up. Even Angie said in her interview, she igonores them. I do hope that she is expecting. And I doubt it that she will have twins. Ligaya, you must be proud of your son, so talented. You think, he can work with Plan B Entertainment too?

Hi All,
There are some great pictures of our favourite couple Brad and Angie on justjared from the SBIFF. After seeing those pics and what she is wearing, there should’nt be any doubt in any one’s mind that she is pregnant. I am thrilled. She looks so beautiful and radiant.
