Brad Pitt arrives in Tokyo

Brad Pitt has arrived in Japan, flying into the Narita International Airport in Tokyo. He’s in the city for the premiere of Inglourious Basterds but he’s likely not staying for very long since he’s there on his own.
Allegedly Brad walked right past a group of fans who had gathered to wait for him and they didn’t even recognize him. I guess the beard is throwing people off. Still, I can’t imagine that anyone at PittWatch would have any trouble at all recognizing Brad, beard or not!
I’ll have photos of Brad on the red carpet as soon as possible.

Haha. I would indeed recognize him if I saw him, beard or not.. but I know how I am, and if I actually saw either him or Angie in person, my gut reaction would be to run the other way (chicken). But, I would definitely want to say hello, and an autograph if possible. I’d be hesitant to bother them if they had their kids though. I know everyone does it… but I’d feel bad about it since they’re pestered so much.

I’ll bet you’re right about this being a quick trip for him, Sherry. I don’t know when the premire is, but assuming it’s tomorrow, I’m guessing he’ll be flying back immeditely afterwards, and that’s why Angie didn’t go with him. They probably figured it made more sense for her to stay in LA with the kids.
Oh, and I wonder if the J-Ps will be flying back to France now, or if Angie or Brad is about to start work on a movie?
