Brad Pitt segment on ET
Entertainment tonight ran a clip about Brad Pitt and “Make It Right”. If you happened to miss it, well bless the Internet and YouTube for making these things available for us after the fact!
Don’t forget that Brad Pitt will be on Larry King Live tomorrow on CNN. Check your local listings for times, it’s on at 10 pm for me.

Thanks, Sherry. What do you think about (whoever wants to participate) Pittwatch adopting part of a Make It Right home? I doubt we have the means to adopt a whole house, but I can swing at least $5 for a faucet. Who knows, with enough participation, we can adopt of bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, living room, porch etc.
We could do it kinda like we did UNICEF last year. We can make our donations directly to Make It Right, and keep track of the total by posting how much we were able to give.

Like the man ET correspondent Kevin Frazier talked with, I saw an elderly couple (Mr. & Mrs. Green?), gingerly making their way up a staircase, in one of the video clips. They were emotional and thankful to Brad.
It’s devastating enough to lose everything - EVERYTHING - but losing a home where 7 generations have lived, losing a whole community is such a wound to the soul.
Projects like Make It Right start the healing. I hope other celebrities, the really wealthy, also businesses & corporations jump on the bandwagon. This would be a natural fit with churches too.

I agree with LIGAYA, we can make a difference. I went on the web site yesterday and decided to make a donation for paint. I encourage all JP fans to help anyway they can.

I donated $25 so they can put it where it is needed. I figured they might not need 500 shower heads. It’s a good cause and a unique mode of raising the funds.

It is wonderful what he’s doing, but New Orleans is still a bowl. I wonder what has been done to prevent more flooding in the same places?
