  I don’t blame her. The furniture is beautiful and extremely artistic but doesn’t look child friendly to me at all. The pictures of the Hollywood Hills home are even more extreme unless Brad has changed it.

  hhmmmm… there’s something that should be questioned about here…. Wasn’t it said that Jen was never agree with brad’s taste for interior and architec? How many ‘memorial’ furnitures did brad actually found out together with jen, since they both had different taste?

  First Brad made his home in Malibu kid friendly when Angie, Maddox and Zahara moved in July 2005. More work was done while they went on vacation in Parisl

  The house in the Hollywood Hills was being remodeled before BP and AJ came back from Namibia.

  I don’t think Brad needed Angie to tell him that the house needed to be changed.

  If this is true, it seems a bit shallow on AJ’s part since the items are just “things” and coule be very beautiful and enjoyable. I would say there may be a touch of insecurity regarding the home. If she wants to remodel to make it more personal to her, that’s one thing but to toss something just because he bought it with his ex-wife is a bit ridiculous and juvenile, in my opinion. I wish them all well, regardless. Life and relationships are never easy, even for those who do not live them in the public eye. For those who do, well, we “common people” are always grasping on to the fact that although they are “famous” they are as “human” as the rest of us. Does that make us feel better about ourselves? Perhaps. If Jen was hurt by the break up, she’s not the first to be hurt when her husband takes off with another woman. It happens every day and works both ways. If Angelina is insecure because of Brad’s ex, well, that’s probably a fairly common experience, too. Keeps it interesting for us and gives us something to do when our lives seem so boring in comparison. I go home to my little 2-bedroom home where there is much peace and am grateful for my seemingly insignificant life. I wouldn’t trade for theirs for love or money!

  Lucy, your post screams that you’re not a fan of Angelina, and in my experience when that’s the case, tabloid tales tend to be taken as fact when in all probability it’s not only fiction, but bad fiction. It of course goes without saying that it’s your right to feel anyway you do about any of this, BUT, please at least look at who’s telling the tale and this is not a case of if there’s smoke there must be fire.

  Another thing. Brad didn’t “take off with another woman.” Jen & Brad divorced and he moved on as did his ex-wife. Another thing, I don’t consider myself one of the “common people.” I’m no different from those you apparently feel are superior, and whom you believe THINK they feel superior. I’m sorry if you feel your life is insignificant. I don’t share that opinion where my life is concerned.

  I heard they got rid of the stuff from his and JA’s old house. I believe they even left thier wedding picture on the floor. Cannot blame AJ, she and Brad have a totally different life. The superficial seems to be in the past for him and that includes all things Jen. I am so glad their is a complete silence on that Maniston chick. Maybe she actually did go away…she will be on Lifetime TV soon, I guess…like Barbie Bertinelli (Van Halen).

  JPF, you seemed to have totallly missed my point. I believe Angelina Jolie has many wonderful qualities and I believe the same of Jennifer Anniston. How do you know this is not a case of where there’s smoke there’s fire? Either way, it doesn’t affect my life except for being a human interest story. I do not think they are any “better” than me and didn’t say that but what I said was that I wouldn’t trade my life for theirs. I don’t have the “hero worship” that some seem to have but I respect and admire all of them (AJ, BP, JA) for what they have accomplished. (I’m not a “side-taker” because there are ALWAYS two sides (and sometimes more) to every story.) So, take a chill pill and don’t feel so threatened by my “insignificant” and “common” opinion! :-) I love to come to this blog when I get too heavy from reading the daily news. This is “light” stuff in the overall scheme of things! Have a nice day!

  Lucy you are right. There is TWO sides to every story. So far, we had heard from Jen’s side: her interviews from VF, GQ, Vogue, Elle, Haper Bazaar, Housekeeping, Ophrah, and many many TV-shows interviews from the past months. We haven’t heard from Brad nor Angie’s side (I’m still waiting for their interview), so to say Brad left his wife for another woman, is not true because there is no proof. Brad and Jen were officially separated on Jan 7, 2005. Both found another love interest and had moved on with their lives before their divorce were made official in Octorber.

  BTW Ana, I highly doubt that we’ll know brad’s side of things. He doesn’t do that, there’s probably a lot of things he could have said all those months at the height of the triangle fiasco, but he didn’t. That’s a true gentleman right there.

  Brad already said that Angelina was not the reason his marriage broke up in his interview with Diane Sawyer. He said it once and that’s that. It’s out there for anyone to research.
