Happy birthday Angelina Jolie
Today must be a special day in the Jolie-Pitt household - today, Wednesday, is Angelina Jolie’s birthday! Our favorite celebrity mother turns 33 years old.
The Jolie-Pitt family have been keeping relatively quiet lately, obviously enjoying the peace and privacy that their newly leased French chateau has been offering them, and thank goodness for that. I can’t imagine a better birthday present than to just be able ot hang out and enjoy your family and your special day without 500 cameras trying to get a picture of you. If photos are being taken I hope it’s just because Brad Pitt is holding the camera and taking shots for posterity!
Angelina had a whirlwind time at Cannes last month and the London premiere of Wanted is next week; while it’s still unknown whether Angie will be in attendance, there’s a good possibility since it’s not far for her to go to London from the South of France, and if she goes to that, she will probably be relishing a quiet birthday.
Happy birthday Angelina Jolie, from everyone here at PittWatch! I hope Brad, Maddox, Pax, Zahara, and Shiloh spoil you with a special day!

Today is also one of my best friend’s birthday :) So happy birthday to Angie and Raquel!
Oh and I have to share this with the whole world lol i’m goind to new york city next week, it’s the first time i’m leaving europe! i’m so nervous and excited at the same time lol i can’t believe i’m actually going to see all those things you see all the time on tv… lmao
(you must find this silly but i also find it strange when people dream of going to Paris or Europe in general… :p)

French girl: You will enjoy your trip to NY. You are coming here & I just dropped off my youngest one to leave for Germany today. He is excited to go to Europe & you are excited to come here.
I bought In Touch Weekly while waiting for my son’s flight, the cover says ” Brad Fears For The Babies”. The headline is far from the truth but I bought the mag because Angie is on the cover with a small picture of Brad at the bottom.

Happy Birthday Angelina!
I’m glad they are enjoying some much needed privacy. I really hope Angelina is at the London premiere but I doubt she will be. I’m not sure her ob will want her flying this late in her pregnancy. My twins were due in August and were born at the beginning of July. I had a really easy pregnancy with them but was hospitalized for pre-term labor in June (and released after 2 weeks, delivered the following week!) I was never on bed rest, like others with twins, until I was released from the hospital at the end of June. Twins are a bit tricky so I’m guessing her doctor may not want her taxing herself or flying.

Just saw that Brad Pitt was in Switzerland on June 3rd. I wonder why he is traveling right now for pleasure. Does that strike us as odd? Maybe she really isn’t due for several months. Clearly she’s fine and he can be many miles away.

I take a freelance job and go away for our 25th anniversary, and the Jolie-Pitt world explodes with all sorts of happenings: Happy Belated Birthday to sweet Shiloh!, the birth & no birth of the twins, the Wanted & Burn After This trailers, Vanity Fair cover & layout (va-va-voom), Kung Fu Panda in IMAX opening this weekend - it’s a feast!
Will have to catch up on all the other threads & comments slowly since I’m still working.

I’ll always remember the story she told of Pax yelling out the Happy Birthday song the loudest last year on her birthday, when he had only just come home from Vietnam and didn’t know English too well. How funny - I can just imagine them all singing to her today as well. I bet the kids love the chance for a bit of cake too. And I hope Brad made it home from Switzerland in time to spoil her rotten.

I was hoping to have new thread this morning but was a bit disappointed. One of the fans at JJ posted a link to the picture at Miraval where the security personnel were seen inspecting a bouquet of flowers, that was during Angie’s b-day. Haven’t seen Angie
for a while, at hope, she is having R & R.
Good news, my youngest son just arrived in Germany, exhausted & still suffering from jet lag. He is still sleeping right now, 6 hours difference from the States so he is still making an adjustment in the time zone.
