Jolie Faces The Harsh Glare Of Fame With Her Move Back Home
As the Jolie-Pitt clan moves into their new digs (above), we’ve seen one wild rumor after another.
First it seemed Angelina was a party animal in the big easy. Turned out the star was merely having a good time and was certainly not on her way to becoming Tara Reid, or worse, Britney Spears. This mother of 3 was simply showing the locals she knew how to have fun, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
The next rumor this week, was that Brad is getting chummy with his ex. Supposedly Angie has even tearfully called Lisa (Brad’s brother’s wife), asking her to give up her friendship with Aniston. This, added to the rumors that Brad and Jen are about to meet Shiloh, seemed to indicated Brad was missing Jen. But, as we’ve seen from the myriad of photos of the two showing PDA, I think the tabs are just looking for dirt to encourage us to buy their trash. As with all of these things, I say, consider the source.
As well, we see that Angie will not be playing in Sin City. This is a bummer for those of us who really wanted her to be ‘A Dame To Die For’, but she’s certainly got enough projects so I understand her reluctance to add another. Looks like Rachel Weisz will be her replacement.
With Brad and Angie stateside again, we’ll see the paps and rumor mill out in droves. Don’t forget that most of what you read there is completely made up. I just hope Brangelina can stay away from the headlines and not be adversely affected by the drivel that is written about them.

OMG to the person who said that she has always been a skinny person you hav got to be joking btwn the pics of her and brad kissin her hand holding the glass looks like a skeleton and the most recent one of her wow she looks terrible .. look at that arm imagine if the camera does add 10lbs .. she is starting to look like a lilpop or oliveoil .. she has always had a nice figure and slim now she is getting sickly skinny her forearm looks so unhealthy. if you ppl actually approve of her sickness of being too thin i will know for sure its a cult. when nicole richie is that thin its a prbm but AJ “oh she has always been thin” sounds like another double standard

for angie fans i dont think that there is enything to be concerned about, the woman who runs the baby razy site said that she went trough the same thing as angelina after she stopped breasfeeding, she didnt losse the waight while breast feeding but after she lost alot of weight, this woman said that angelina went to the doctor to see why she was loosing too much weight perhaps some of you have kids so you would know better

OMG, Mocco, I can’t believe I am replying to you, but you are ruining one of my favourite websites. Yes, Angie had unhealthy hands, which are reportedly caused by overexercise. She had that kind of hands a long time ago. But besides the hands, she looks normally thin as a mother of three little kids. If Nicole Richie has that kind of body after she has three kids, I will totally have no problem with her.

What a beautiful home. I really believe they’re going to have a much calmer experience living there. They’re relatively close to Brad’s parents in Missouri, and I heard that one of Angelina’s ex co-stars lives 3 blocks away. Nickolas Cage who she starred with in GONE IN SIXTY SECONDS.

The sources of these rumors are Inquirer (they have a weekly Brad and Jen feature, I mean weekly). Some writer from their staff is very desperate to put Brad’s name in every issue in whatever story they can come up with. The next are US Weekly (under the Min administration) not very reliable and the rest, Life and Style, Star, etc. All editors and writers have not interviewed Angie or Brad or their reps. They will always write, “according to an insider, blah, blah.” Remember what Angie told Larry King, she ignores the tabloids. I agree she should. By the way, beautiful house.

I don’t know what are this tabloids gaining by putting all these lies. Are they being paid regularly by Huvane or does their mags sell out more with this lies? I for one never buy this trashy mags, I only buy those that has authentic and credible news about this couple because I so love them. What are they trying to achieve? I think this is a really good post, reminding us not to pay attention to what those lying hacks have to say about our fave celeb family. I am going to ignore as much of the rumor mill as I can, and when I can’t ignore it, I’ll just remind myself it’s all b.s. I really do hope that BP and AJ pay no attention whatsoever to the horrible things mags and “entertainment news” shows say about them.

Wow! Kaboom! Kabam! I love it! He just couldn’t resist her - it wasn’t about Angie catching him through Maddox, as so many critics have tried to imply!
I think maybe it is just easier (& less porno for sure!) for Brad to be able to publically acknowledge his delight in being a dad. Doing the same about his feelings about beingwith Ange might get them arrested!! (echoes of that wild sex in Kenya???)

Hi Libra 21 and BAMZS fans…I’ve said it before and have been moderated, so I’ll try again. The tabs are exactly what media has become in this country: public manipulation. One must be ever diligent to have a keen eye on the slant towards fear, triangulation, insecurity, war is peace etc. etc.
My love for Angie is that she is authentic and I always enjoy her intelligence and quirky ways. IMHO it seems that Brad is teaching her to be more saavy with the media.

i think it’s fair to say that tabloids will always be tabloids! as far as what they print in relation to how true it is, they’re main concern is the number of units being sold off newspaper stands…
why else would they sensationalize headlines, photoshop pictures and edit qoutes, it’s to their advantage. alot of the stories printes are actually 0.5% true with the rest of it mearly a fairytale of their twisted minds. and you’d think with it being awards season n all they’d have stuff to write about, actors’ profiles to publish, thank goodness celebrity in South Africa is not at hollywood level, although we do admit to being infected by this brangelina craze!

I saw the grocery tabs this weekend. Same old stuff against our favorite family. Remember the rumors about the Thanksgiving visit and invitation? Same thing here. I remembered Angie saying Brad’s family were with them for five days at least during the holidays (I guess before they went to the Caribbean). I also noted Brad’s reply when Nancy O. asked them giving a little PDA at the GG. He said, “you mean after a year of silence?” This was after he said, we are parents first.

What a stupid comment, all her kids are privileged, the counties that MAD & Z are from are under privileged but the children themselves are and NEVER will be under privileged what a stupid selfish thing to say. You all need the gossip to exist to deny and hate on people that do not believe in the BRANGELINA book of LOVE, why is the gossip posted on here? If is is not meant to feed you? It gives you something to talk about .. that you all need obviously there are REAL issues in the world .. like the war and issues here at home or maybe in your local community. If any one of you took the time to be more involved in your own personal life or community .. you could consider yourselves better humanitians like your leaders. I am with you Mocco. Many Celebrities are actually afraid of the people who call themselves fans. They do not understand the adulation, it borders on psychotic. Frankly, I do not either. I came upon this website by accident, and upon reading it, could not help but interject a bit of realism and common sense into the “picture”, for whatever good it will do (which I am grounded enough to know it to be of little value). Anyhow, one can only try. I have had also the idea this weekend that that this cult of celebrity maybe substituting for humans really ingrained need for God. So that in modern era, we have managed to banish God from our everyday lives and instead resorted to the disturbing distortion of adoring beautiful bodies just because they happen to be famous as well.

Smiling. I have not been on here for quite a few days, so I have missed on whatever people have or have not responded to my appeal to volunteerism. Did anyone actually responded positively to the request? After all, the dedication to great causes is actually one of the very most important things to Angelina. So I am sort of curious if people who speak well of her in that regard are actually interested in honoring her, at least, in a meaningful way, and emulate that behavior of hers. Did you happen to notice any positive responses to that appeal of mine Mocco? Thanks in advance if you choose to respond.

Yes, isn’t it absurd, that the very people who admire “their” “stars” for being so socially consciousness, are the very people, who would be mostly preoccupied with such superficiality, inaneness and empty preoccupations as to what this particular “star” dresses, where or not he/she goes, bla, bla?!!! It is a study in contrasts! At first this may not appear to make sense, but.. That these people, Angelina and Brad even with all their good works, cannot manage to inspire anyone at all, is precisely because they have marketed themselves as the purveyors of pleasure and narcissism , i.e, films, selfish “romantic” decisions to be with one another,etc? I guess the moral of the story is: If you want to inspire others to do good, you cannot be schizoid (tendency toward a lot of contradictory behavior) about it, meaning, you cannot do good in some areas of your life, and relish in negative behavior in other areas of your life, because, there is another “law of life”, that will be imposed, — everything is always reduced to the LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR.

What you are suggesting is that these people should strip all of the human natures they possess and turn themselves into a cold, calculating robot if they were to become some people’s involuntary idols? And you are implying that you are allowed to err because you are not someone’s involuntary idol.

I would like to say that the meaning of my phrase “human nature tends to reduce itself to its lowest common denominator” did obviously escape your understanding, otherwise the above pasted meaningless diatribe would not have been posted. On a side note, if you have found my comments and those of Mocco amusing, then, you must be as vacuous of meaning as irrelevant of purpose in the way you conduct your life. I have been bring to attention very important points here — If Angelina is known, among other things, for her charity, how come more of you are not involved with volunteering work yourselves. How do you know that I am not Angelina?!!! :) I could conceivably be that Angelina would hate to inspire such insipid and superficial preoccupations in others, particularly when she engages so much of her life force and energy finding ways to give back and improve the world. And as to her relationship with Brad, how do you know that it is an healthy one, if the things that binds them are actually not the most healthy, honest and therefore, wholesome?
