Jolie-Pitt Foundation’s Namibian Funds Materialize
Although Brad and Angie’s promise of help for the country in which Shiloh was born was considered to be a lie by many, the Namibian government has come out and said that not only has the money been delivered, but that it was in process for months.
The money has already been transferred to the Red Cross.
Red Cross Acting Secretary General Shannon Shroeder said in a statement that the allegations were not true, and that international monetary and tax regulations had been responsible for holding up the promised assistance.One of the main donations is a sum of N$2 million donated by the couple for the purchase of new equipment to upgrade the maternity sections of the Walvis Bay and Swakopmund State hospitals.
“The Namibia Red Cross signed an agreement with the American Red Cross (acting on behalf of the Jolie-Pitt Foundation) for a transfer of funds between the two National Societies.
Looks like some good news for Angie and Brad, as they’ll finally get to see the people of Namibia have better hospital conditions. I’m sure this will get MUCH less attention than when they were first accused of not intending to follow through with the aid they promised.

I am not sure of the source, but today there was a scoop that they are in counseling together. How true it is, I am not sure since I think the source initial is nz (New Zealand?) Speculation may be since Angie is still grieving and of course any negative news is news to sell. Things like their generosity will not make good news. It has to be something negative. I hope they are couping with any false rumors and enjoy the mardigras.

i dont think that brangelina needs therapy. their recent pics look happy together.a week ago they were seen having dinner w/ cate blanchett and hubby accdg.to report it was a friday, i guess they unwind after shooting. last week-end both sat.and sun they were strolling w/ the kids plus her pic in the balcony w/ Z doesnt look like she’s depressed, on the contrary she looks so happy even talking to the locals on the parade. this rumor is not true.the rags need to sell good or bad publicity ppl will buy b/c of their popularity. lets ignore this rumor b/c brangelina is ROCK SOLID!

but, why do people always show the amount of money that they’ve been donated to the public, what for? isn’t it better to just donate and shut up about it? well maybe explain about the purposes.

Sometimes i get very worry about the trashy tabloids reporting that Brad and Angie are having problems!! Because maybe “where there is smoke, there is fire”, example: Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey & Britney Spears and Kevin Federline; this has been couples that the tabloids keep saying and saying that were in trouble and look at them… ALL this couples are divorce now!! So what is up with that??, i mean the damn tabloids were right about this couples!! So what?? the damn trashy tabloids are using logic or sadly being truthful??

The other couples you mentioned (except Brit and KFed) were written as being very happy and in love bla bla bla in the beginning and just a year or so before them breaking up was there all the hoopla of trouble in paradise. I think regarding tabloids in the case of Brad and Angie you have to remember that there have been break-up rumors “ever since they got together in 2005″. They’ve always reported something to do with one or both being unhappy and wants out from the very beginning and most of the time it turns out to be false. ALOT of people thought this was just a fling of Brad’s and they would break up within 3 months of starting to see each other. Brad and Angie have surprised the heck out of them by still being together. Stories written about them in the tabloids now are not as bad as the ones in 2005/some parts of 2006. Look at how the tabloids were reporting what Angie and her mom talked about on her deathbed about Angie’s mom telling her ‘Brad is an angel sent to look after her’. How could anyone know that if Angie was the only person in the room at that time? I look at Angie and Brad as this time’s Sophia Lauren and Carlo Ponti who were always being predicted to break up especially in the beginning years of their relationship and marriage and instead weathered the storms of life together and were together till he died just recently last month. Another remarkable thing is Sophia Lauren and Carlo Ponti also went through the “backlash” from media and fans of being together.

Until January,2006 i was able to get internet!! So until January,2006 i been following what the gossip blogs and tabloids are saying about Brangelina!! And because i live in Mexico, i cannot read (not buy) the tabloids in the supermarket, yes i can only read them in the net. So until that time i was only able to get information about them by access hollywood, inside edition, extra and the insider!!
So i’m in the “DARK” about what the tabloids say about Brangelina in 2005!! Yes, i been unable to read tabloids from 2005 in the net!! So can PLEASE someone give me an idea or better yet… tell me EXACTLY what the tabloids say about Brangelina in 2005??

I have sent a message to your email colsen. As far as I know, the amount of donation is being advertised or disclosed to encourage other philantrophist to do the same, contribute to this charities or notable cause. Brad even told Dianne Sawyer in 2005, that “I wish the cameras are on them (the Ethopian kids) and not on me.” “He even added later, “I am sick of seeing myself in the limelight instead of these kids who really need the attention.” As far as tabloids, these writers have to earn their living. This is called the speculating and guessing game. Of course, some of their guesses come true, some also don’t. If it comes true, they hit the jackpot and they think aha so we are now credible. If it does not come true, and the celebrities do not sue, then they are off the hook. Just think that the things or trash they wrote about, “a witness said, sources said, a therapist who haven’t treated so and so said” gives you an idea that they are fabricating. You have to really place a bug or tape recorder in Brad and Angie’s bedroom to even know this information they are publishing. Then, they use an old picture with some type of expression to go with their story. Since Brad and Angie ignore the tabs and they are nice people not to sue (unlike Mike Douglas and C Zeta-Jones who sued and received big settlements), then the tab writers, reporters, insiders have them as targets. Even on websites, if you read comments on Angie and Brad, especially Angie’s, they are so dirty and trashy (they call her a whore, they swear her vagina, etc.) and angry. I cannot believe with all her UN work, and a person who gives 1/3 of her earnings to charity, can be so hated this much just because she is with Brad. If Brad for instance picked Nicole Kidman in 2005 when Nicole was also single, I doubt if they will insult her like they do Angie. It takes two to tango, and Brad is the man who wanted to be with her instead of another person and she granted his wishes by giving birth to a child. There are a lot of angry people out there who wants to destroy this family any way they can. I am a psychologist and I am just sorry for the media, and the haters, who would not let go of Brad to choose his partner.

i see how brad and angelina has been helping kids around the world. i was just hoping they could help my daughter too. she’s suffering from biliary atresia and needs to have a liver transplant for her to live. maybe they could help us find a sponsor, we could’nt afford it, it’s much too costly. thank you for taking time to read this message. ning / philippines
