Kung Fu Panda Trailer
PittWatch reader Natalie asked if there were any trailers available for Kung Fu Panda yet since she hadn’t heard much about this particular animated film. I found this one so far:
Unfortunately Angelina Jolie’s character doesn’t speak in the trailer, but she plays Master Tigress who excels at the kung fu style of Tiger.
(I took kung fu once upon a time - Tiger form is a LOT of fun and very aggressive, I would have loved to see a movie with Angie doing the style for real instead of just the voice, but alas!)
The movie comes out soon so there will likely be more previews available in the near future.
I think I might take my oldest daughter to see it. My youngest wouldn’t be able to sit still long enough, but I know my oldest would enjoy it and it will give me a good excuse to see it too - I enjoyed Angelina as Lola in Shark Tale as well. Will you see it even if it’s an animated film?

thanks sherry for the trailer,aj has two movies premiering at cannes and of course she will be the queen of the ball with all eyes on her, and by her side her king brad and their little munchkins-lol.

Yes I will see it. The thing about Shark Tale was there were as many adults-without family, as there were those with family.
That was a fun film and I look forward to KFP very much. My husband however will need convincing. ;)

cant wait to watch this movie!!! :) btw, sherry, is it true that this lovely couple will tie the knot this June?? inviting only close family and friends. cause i heard the news on the radio and i was very excited to see the picture! can you please find out for us? i think i clearly heard the DJ said this JUne Angelina and Brad will get married….. :)

allice, i don’t think you should believe in rumors. i will take it as a grain of salt, i mean, JP don’t make announcements when it comes to their private lives, but then again i could be wrong, right?! so i guess we’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

i was asking Sherry dear angela whether she knew about this. im so sorry if im so excited to know more about them including their private life. yes rumours are rumours. but somehow we could depend on what we’ve heard, especially when it’s on air! even when everyone was wondering the rumours on Angelina’s pregnancy or not, somehow the rumours can be reliable. and also angela, there’s nothing wrong if i want to know about their private lives, since they are a public figure. we love them, we want to know about them because we adore and we respect them.

Allice, Fact is we all know that we can’t rely on the rumours, neither can we trust what is on the air or in Legit news. Especially regarding these two. So until Brad or Angie actually say it on air, tv or in a trustworthy magazine, everything we else should be treated with caution.
I know we have all seen, heard and read “news” from tabloids sources reported widely, that have turned out to be false. This is one of them..I think Star/L&S a couple of weeks ago?? Just because their guesses come true sometimes, does not mean they are trustworthy. An example? Remember the number of times they said she was pregnant BEFORE, and she wasn’t! Also recently they said she and Brad had married in NOLA, they did not!
I think that’s what Angela was trying to say in her answer, she wasn’t being offensive. Here we all try to help if we can.

I love to see this movie. Actually, don’t forget, “Wanted” is also coming out soon. Do you remember when Angie attended the Cannes Film Festival for Shark Tales in 2004? I read somewhere that she did not attend the gala night that year to avoid Brad and Jennifer (Brad promoting Troy)at the gala dinner. Brad and Angie had already started filming MMS earlier and there was already a “rumor” that JA was jealous of Angie. Angie stayed at her hotel room and played with Maddox instead. Someone from JJ mentioned this incident.

For some reason I am not as fond of AJ in yellow, don’t know why. I can’t wait to see the pic from Cannes. When is Cannes is it on the long weekend (May24)? If so maybe I could jump in my plane and head over for the weekend. OH that’s right that was just my dream last night, back to reality.

I saw the preview for this a few times while at the theater…looks really adorable…I’ve always enjoyed the fact that Angie seems to mix it up and make so many varieties of movies…she never sticks with the same thing for long…and at least she can take her kids to see this one and make it a fun outing :-)

I’ve always loved animated movies: Disney, Saturday morning cartoons, Who Killed Roger Rabbit, Attack of the Clones. My current favorites are Alvin & the Chipmunks & Happy Feet. They cheer me up & energize me. , I have a major crush on Theodore, he’s short & chunky like me and has a great spirit.
So of course I’ll see Kung Fu Panda :-): Angelina + martial arts (studied shotokan karate at one time, huge fan of martial arts flicks) + animation = Woohoo!

Oops, sorry for the double-post.
Saw the pics at JJ & Lainey’s – lovely, she looks like a daffodil or tulip. People noticed her cleavage is more magnificent.
Remember when Reese Witherspoon wore that yellow number on the RC? First time in decades that color had been seen on the RC. Angelina followed suit in Cannes looking breathtaking & brilliant. Yellow is very popular now, but it’s not an easy color to where & not for everyone.

My g-son reminded me about Kung Fu Panda on June 6, I promised him I will bring him to watch it on the first day & I asked for a day off that day too. It looks like a block Buster movie, nice trailer.
I’m glad Angie is in fashion during this pregnancy, trying different colors, she does looks good in every color but I prefer pink or printed ones for her. I miss seeing Brad & Angie eating out together. Shi will be turning 2 very soon.

Irma, yes Shi’s turning 2 on May 27, right? Cue papparazzi wolfpack & tabs licking their chops. One of this week’s tabs did a preemptive strike & published “Shiloh Baby Album!” all pap pics, natch. She’s too sweet & cute enough to eat! Besides the cover, 6 pics more + 1 of the whole family. The article said some mean things about Maddox which I’ve never heard said about him before (I never believe tabs, but this will probably be repeated by other tabs/blogs because they love to repeat negative stuff, especially if not true): “a little spoiled & out of control, a loner” - I always thought he was Buddha-like. And they called Pax a troublemaker with anger management problems. And who are their sources? none other than the favorite “Anonymous.”
I wonder if there’s a way to put the genie back in the bottle and somehow outlaw tab coverage of kids. This can’t be any good for them.

Thanks, Sherry. Posters for Kung Fu Panda have been around here in Manila, and my son has been telling me he wants to see this movie, so as soon at it opens, we’re heading over to the theaters.

P.S. If they’re featuring Shi, I hope they equally feature the other kids on their birthdays. There are plenty of pap photos of them too.
This is the 3rd version - probably none true - of the Grandma Russell visit (in the same article as Shiloh’s Baby Album). According to the tab: all 4 kids visited! “I got to meet every one of them; it was wonderful!” Grandma supposedly told the tab. A neighbor said they took a big family photo - 27 - in the backyard; and the last time Brad visited, he was dating Gwyneth.
What’s true? We don’t know definitively until the JPs say something.
