More photos and video of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at Cannes

I’m still reeling from all the red carpet photos of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie at Cannes yesterday, aren’t you? I figured that was as good a reason as any to put a few more up for you to enjoy. I like the top photo, showing the cast together – although I loved Angelina’s sexy dress, I really like Diane Kruger’s dress as well – the white and silver are so pretty.
Some of my favorite Brad and Angelina photos are the ones where they look like they’re in another world. Such as these:

Goodness. You know, generally I prefer when Angelina wears a nude gloss on her lips because they’re so amazing without additional color, but with the dress she chose last night, the soft hair, and the understated eye make-up, the lip color really looked great.

The second one makes me laugh. It was shot by a fan on the other side of the gates watching the red carpet. The fan was obviously excited because it keeps flipping back and forth between being right side up and sideways for awhile. They got super close to Brad and Angelina though! Also, I have to say that it looks like Eli Roth was having a really good time – I loved that they were playing music from Pulp Fiction in the background as a nod to Quentin Tarantino.
This one from ET is nice too, I like the cute little kiss at the beginning.
And as a final note, although I didn’t find any “Brad Pitt Maneuver” photos (new readers: That’s what I call the move where Brad ends up standing around with his hand on Angie’s butt – if you use the search box in the sidebar, you can find other posts about it!), Lainey posted to her site that there was plenty of lovin’ going on at the after-party. She refers to it as “Pitt Porn” which always makes me laugh.
Here’s hoping the tabloids will SHUT UP for at least one week.

i’m glad to see these photos and videos of my favorite couple after a long time…
There are some blurry photos from a French site–purepeople–of her sitting on his lap at the after party. My, my.
But I confess my favorite part was when he walked back down the carpet to get her. I don’t know how she does it, but she is demure and sexy at the same time. They just both seem to be in a place of their own most of the time and miles away from the real world around them. Just beautiful. Thanks for all the great photos and positive news.

i think angelina got a new tattoo, or added more details to her previous ones. Look at the pics above, see the one were you can see the tattoo inside her arm, you see that new line going above the roman numerals, that was no there before. I noticed the same thing in another picture of her at the cannes in the tattoo in her arm with the longitude and latitude of the babies’ birth places , it has a little line like above in the side.
Pittwatch fans, they have a video of Brad & Angie at the party. Go to JJ #778, they are so sweet, they didn’t even realize that somebody have camera inside.I love the video, the best so far. God bless the Jolie-Pitt’s.

I can’t help myself…AWWWWWWWWWW! I don’t think they could have proved the tabs more wrong if they tried! I suspect that the tabs WILL shut up about them breaking up for awhile. However, I have a feeling next week’s tabs will be filled with claims that Angie is pregnant again (I can see it now: “Brangelina: A New Baby to Save the Relationship!” and/or “Will a Baby Fix Angie and Brad’s Problems?”. The latter is a headline that they have actually used a variation of in the past), since, in some of the photos, it DOES look like she has the teeniest, tinsiest hint of a bump.
In some of the photos, such as the second one (and the first one with Angie in it) from the top in this post, it’s pretty clear that she not only has a normal female stomach, but that she looks pretty darn fantastic for having had twins just ten months ago!
When you compare that picture to the third picture from the bottom, in which the “bump” is visable, it’s pretty obvious that the “bump” was just due to the angle of some of the shots and possibly the cut of the dress as well. Of course, the tabs will conviently forget all of that!
Precision Grace- I agree! Another Pittwatcher linked to a video of Angie and Brad’s arrival on the Cannes RC that she posted on YouTube last night…and I had to quickly turn the volume down!
What I really h8te is when the paps and general public scream at and crowd around the Jolie-Pitts when the kids are with them. Not to mention the fact that the paps often get right up in the kids’ faces. I mean, in some of the videos of the J-P family out and about, it’s a total zoo! No wonder Zee is afraid of the paps and Shi often had a somewhat-startled expression as a baby (and likewise, no wonder the twins had that same look in the airport photos).
I remember one particularly bad video. It’s of Angie, Brad, Maddox, and Shi shopping at BonPoint in Cannes last year. In the store, people (and these were just random shoppers, not the paps, to boot!) were practically shouting in poor Shi’s ear.
Then, when they left the store, Brad and Shi were literally surronded as they left the store and were barely able to get back to their car (I’m not kidding, some of those people were maybe one foot away from them, if even that!). After seeing that, I thought, “People have no right to criticize Angie and Brad for usually opting to carry their youngest kids when it’s obvious it’s for their own safety!”

Sherry, thanks for all your work. I’m loving the pictures of these two! To quote one of the other fans — to see them “It’s like watching a fantasy love story”. They are my favorite couple, next in line is Nicole Richie and Joel Madden & Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry.
The Jolie-Pitts are interesting to watch. They are so culturally diverse and intellectually/socially intriguing.
Angie’s entire look just POPS! The red lipstick makes her face look younger and sultry. She and Brad might bicker a lot but there is no denying that they have a lot of chemistry between them. They are truly a WOW couple!

If you read Lainey today, she described how Brad was always checking on Angie when he had to join the cast and leave Angie for the moment. Angie also has longggggg legs that are so gorgeous with that dress. Her eyes are so expressive. You don’t get tired to look at her face. Thanks too for the party pictures. I read they stayed until 2 am.

They finally showed the world (and especially the rags) that they are truly, madly, deeply in love. That loving gaze can´t be faked. They look like a couple of teenagers who´ve just fallen in love. Thank you, thank you very much of these lovely pics, Sherry. I loved to see our favorite couple looking happy and in love on the RC! Brad looked handsome as ever and that dress! It really did justice to Angie´s beautiful body. The only thing that really irritates me is that the rags will immediately start to write their nasty stories. The Sun (that stupid British tabloid) has already published an article that all this PDA was fake. But I only laughed at that. That kind of love that these two showed can´t be faked. They´re truly,madly, deeply in love with each other. Brad has obviously found his soulmate in Angie and vice versa. They really seemed to enjoy each other´s company. Both have been busy lately and that´s why there hasn´t been any pics of them together (if we don´t count that rare pic of Brad, Angie and the older girls grocery shopping recently). Hope they had a great time in Cannes. And who knows. Maybe they still are there for the weekend. But hopefully they already are back in NYC with their kids who sure have missed mummy and daddy a lot. Am I the only one who noticed that Angie’s belly looks more rounded than usual?

Heather- According to PEOPLE.com’s article about them at the afterparty, Angie was drinking vodka. Therefore, I’m pretty sure that “rounded” stomach (I put rounded in quotes since, for all we know, her stomach ISN’T rounder than usual at all, but it’s just the dress making it LOOK like she is) doesn’t mean anything other than a bit of post-baby belly or simply that she gained a few pounds.
Speaking of all that, I know Angie and Brad ignore the tabs and probably what the general public say about them as well. However, I feel really bad for Angie that people are always commenting on her weight. What really makes me feel bad is that people say she’s so skinny…and then when she ISN’T super-skinny, people can’t just go, “Oh, she’s gained a few pounds!” or “Oh, she looks healthier now!”.
Instead, they have to say, “Is she pregnant?” Anyone else feel bad for Angie about that?
After all this talk about a possible “bump” and all (which, just to make things clear for anyone just jumping into the conversation now, seems to be just left over twins-weight, the cut of the dress, the angle of some of the pictures, or a combo of the three, as Angie was seen drinking Vodka at the after party.) just gave me an idea.
Sherry, I think we’re about due for another dicussion post, and I think a great one would be: “Do you think Angie and Brad’s next child will be adopted or biological?”
