  The Ocena’s movies have been so much fun. I guess all the reported “squabbling” is either untrue or resolved. Ellen Barkin is not one of my favorites and I’m extremely disappointed that Julia wont be back in the third one but due to my pouting about Michael Douglas, I was glad to see Zeta-Jones sitting this one out. Does anyone wish Angie could be in it? I’m itching for B&A to do another movie together.

  If those Ted Casablanca rumors were true, it looks like Brad won the earlier shooting start over Clooney’s later shooting schedule desires.

  I’ve never seen O11/12, so I guess I better start catching up lol.

  To be honest, I’d be surprised if they’d consider a project that would impinge on their private lives, and a romantic flick would. With MAMS, they weren’t yet together; there was no relationship (that we knew of), but now? I think they’ve become very private and protective of their relationship, and IMO, I don’t think they’d consider a movie that would require them to be intimate with each other onscreen.

  I’d like to see them in a movie where their characters aren’t directly connected, or maybe in an ensemble piece. I already grapple with feeling like a voyeur half the time lol. Hey, never say never, and my assumptions about what they would or would not do are just that, assumptions. Who knows, they’re may be a MAMS II in the works as we speak.

  I absolutely love your site.Love that you love pitt so much just like me.I was never interested in brad until i saw him on the primetime interview where he almost cried talking about family.From that night in 2004 I fell in love with him.

  George Clooney, Brad Pitt and Matt Damon will reunite for Ocean’s 13, a third go-round in the franchise that started with 2001’s Ocean’s 11, Warner Bros. announced Monday. Production is scheduled to start in July, for a summer 2007 release.

  The film, again to be directed (and co-produced with Clooney) by Steven Soderbergh, marks Clooney’s first project announcement since winning an Oscar for his supporting role in Syriana.

  Not returning, however, are Julia Roberts, Clooney’s love interest in the first two movies, and Ocean’s 12 costar Catherine Zeta-Jones.

  “It was a script issue. We didn’t have a place to really use talent like theirs, two big stars like that,” Ocean’s producer Jerry Weintraub tells the Associated Press. “They’re very good friends of ours, and neither Soderbergh nor I would prevail on them to come back and do nothing just to do it.”

  Warner Bros. expects the rest of the cast, including Don Cheadle, Andy Garcia, Bernie Mac, Carl Reiner and Elliott Gould, to return. Joining them will be Ellen Barkin.

  Julia nor CZJ coming back? I bet after Mr. Douglas satements about “Julia´s marriage failure” and “Brad leaving his beautiful wife to be holding Angelina´s orphans” it would be suicide. Better it would be a Civil War in the Studio!

  I’m glad Weintraub said Julia and Catherine Z-J are not coming back for script reasons. That group seemed to be so tight. In spite of the fact that I’m still ticked at Michael Douglas I was secretly hoping his comments didn’t affect Z-J or her relationship to Brad.
