  i’m just wondering… All of them are now Jolie-Pitt but the only one Brad legally has any claim to is Shiloh? Angelina is the only one on the adoption papers for Maddox, Zahara and Pax and they just share Brad’s last name. Not being a “doubter” but IF they split up, he can only legally fight for Shiloh?

  He legally adopted 3 of them so he will have the rights to all of them. I doubt if they will separate, they are so in love.

  Brad adopted Mad and Zahara - adoption was final somewere before Shiloh was born (as said in his Nesweek interview in fall of 2006). When they filed for name change of Mad and Z in December of 2005, Brad’s publisher said that he is in process of legally adopting both children. Angelina said numerous times -WE ARE LEGALLY BONDED TO OUR CHILDREN -that means they have the same rights as parents. The same will be with Pax, but adoption takes time, around 6 monthe, and is closed to public!

  with Angelina talking about Zahara.

  since brad and angie have stated that they’re both LEGALLY bound to all their kids that means brad legally adpoted mad, z, and pax-also lisa adoption papers are not made public so i seroiusly doubt you have ever seen adoption papers with just angie name on it-passive aggressive aren’t we-lol

  no need to have disagreements… when Brad decided to adopt Madd and Z.. that gives him all the rights to the both kids as well as his biological kid.. ooops and Pax as well..

  fan is right when she said that the adoption papers were never made public, that’s true and why should it be made public?

  anyways, since changing the names of the kids to Pitt, that is legally bounded to them.. here is the link:

  And it seems to me that Brad is in this for the long haul. Before he even thinks about separation or splitsville, he has four kids to think about so i dont think they will separate. Also AJ had said in her Ann Curry interview that she is holding on to this family and she wants be a good mom and a better woman.

  1. Let’s keep things friendly here. No one was stirring up anything negative, I have no problems with discussions or debates but let’s all please be kind to each other. What sets PittWatch apart from other celebrity sites is the lack of hatred here. We’re all fans!

  2. On the same topic of hatred, I know this is a pro-Brad and pro-Angelina site, but that doesn’t mean it’s anti-Aniston. Although I’m thrilled two of my favorite celebrities are together, I have nothing against Jennifer and like her very much. I don’t want this site to become like others where there’s a lot of negativity. If you don’t like Jennifer that’s okay! But let’s try not to trash her, because she’s still a person who deserves as much respect as anyone else.

  but one question, I have been a regular of this site for a very long time, way back when It was Robyn and Kat, but it has been a long time since anyone has mentioned Jen’s name here. I think people here have a certain class and not thrashing anyone. I don’t even consider this site as a gossip column either because people just generally share common interest and their thoughts.
