Potential Angelina Jolie and Johnny Depp sex scene?

According to People.com there’s some steam coming our way in Angelina Jolie’s upcoming film, The Tourist. If the information is true, there’s supposed to be a fairly sensual sex scene between Angelina and her potential co-star Johnny Depp.
Naturally this has started up the gears of those who like to report trouble in paradise at every possible moment so if it is indeed part of the film we can expect the tabloids to have a field day. Personally, I couldn’t possibly care less. Love scenes and sex scenes are frequently part of movies. Even in end-of-the-world disaster movies it’s not unusual to see two characters suddenly stop fighting the apocalypse for a bit so they can fall into bed together. Angelina can’t – and shouldn’t have to – avoid every role that may or may not have a sex scene just because of what people might say.
Of course there are going to be those who will point out that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had a steamy sex scene of their own in Mr. & Mrs. Smith and then later ended up together but that argument holds no water for me. I recall having to fan myself during the sex scene between Angelina and Antonio Banderas but there was no off-screen romance there. Brad has had sex scenes in many of his movies and that didn’t lead to anything either.
A few people have expressed concern over this news, both in comments and via email to me, but the solution is as simple as it is any other time – do the same thing that Angelina Jolie does – ignore the tabloids, because we all know they write whatever they can as long as it sells!
(By the way, I said that Johnny Depp is her potential co-star because I don’t recall reading anything that has confirmed he has accepted the role. Has anyone read something where it’s 100% confirmed or are they still working out the details?)

W.O.W!! A sex scene huh!? Well hey it isnt like she hasnt done it before!! The tabloids shuld not alter her film desicions just because they print out nasty and fictational stories about her!! She should do it just because she wants or chooses to!! And while Angelina was with Brad Pitt I do recall her doing a sex scene with actor Matt Damon in The Good Shepard…dont think there was a love triangle printed in the mags after that (but that could be due to the fact that Brad and Matt were friends before that and Matt was married..)!! & on top of that Brad and Angelina are unseperable!!! I’d watch the movie if it ever comes out!!! And im sure Angelina will do it!! Doesnt seem like she cares about the tabloids anyway!! LONG LIVE BRANGELINA!!

I THINK, that when Brad and AJ fell in love it had less to do with the steamy sex scene and more to do with the conversations they had off screen. I look forward to a nice steamy sex scene with Johnny Depp, very H O double T – HOT.
I find the tabloids to be desparate lately. As far as I know, its called “acting” and it has been going on for years. Also, since the movie does not have a final script, nor has Mr. Depp offically signed on to do the movie, isnt’t this all a bit premature anyway? We saw Brad’s rear end in many films having steamy scenes with different actresses (sometimes two at a time), non of whom he went any further with, and no one seemed to find it odd, so why should it be odd with Angelina?
As I already said, she is an adult. I don’t understand why anyone would be concerned over anything regarding her work. Which is what it is… work. A job.
Yeah Brad and Angelina fell in love during Mr & Mrs Smith. But there was obviously a lot more going on other than physical attraction. I just don’t see her throwing away her life with Pitt and separating the children from their father just because she has a possible sex scene with someone. It’s what she is paid to do. In my own opinion, this shouldn’t even be an issue.
Jamie- I totally agree!! I think itz because Angelina has always been seen in the media (atleast since the whole Jennifer and Mr. & Mrs. Smith thing) as the man stealer or the bad guy! IDK y bt she has! Everytime I pick up a mag it says Angelina is doing this and Angelina is doing that to hurt her and Brad’s relationship bt we hardly, if ever, see Brad’s name in the negative press!! What i really dnt understand is if Brad & Angelina really hooked up (Which i totally dnt believe) while Brad and Jen were married why wasnt Brad scrutinized in the media as harshly as Amgelina was or is!! It takes 2 to tango!!
I love Brad and Angelina and I think this blame passing and scandal creating stories about them shuld STOP!!!
The same reason 90% of the people on tabloids are woman and most of the readers are woman.Men on tabloids don’t sell unless there are in a ‘love triangle” As for alleged “affairs” the other woman always receives the brunt of the bad press.

she´s a professional actress, so i don´t see a problem with a sex scene. its not like she never done it before. and about the break up rumors…..i don´t think we need to worry, Brad and Angie definetly don´t.
Johnny has to shoot Pirates4 next spring according to Disney’s Igner. The film is scheduled to open in summer of 2011. I think one of reasons Angie and Johnny showed interest to do The Tourist is its shooting locations. Anthony Zimmer was mailnly shot in Nice and Cannes. Those cities are close to their homes in France. They can commute to the set from their home.
And the last script for The Tourist was rewritten to fit Tom Cruise. It’s from CAA’S Volkyree(?) writer. If UTA want to use their clients involved into this film they will use their writer and actors. And if Johnny turn down this film because of Pirates4 his agency needs to find another actor but I don’t think they have good one among their clients.
Oh well, if they do the movie we will have to ride out the storm of lies. I think it is great if it is filmed in France.

i honestly do not the get the fuss over the potential s ex scene. they are actors. they do this kind of thing, it’s part of their work. only d umb people and of course the JP h aters would believe that both Jolie and Depp would leave their long term partners and beautiful kids so just they could hook up together.
They are going to be hot together!!!! Just ignore the tabs, they will always talk and there is nothing we can do about it. Read at jjb that Brad said that they (kids and Angie) had just watched the “Karate Kid” earlier in the day before he came to the award veiwing of IB.
Don’t think we have anything to worry about the book that comes out on Dec 1 on Angie. All the reviews are saying that it is nothing different then what the tabs have said. Also the people on the Insider gave him what for about the book. The reviews so far are weak.

This is an excellent example of tabloid fiction that the public accepts and runs with. This is not even speculation on the tabloids part it pure and simple fiction. There has been nothing official of who will even play the male role and the tabloids write the articles like Depp is a foregone conclusion with insintuation of the sex factor. The fact they can make such outrageous claims about anything and anyone without being held to accountability of fact is scary. Just think how long they have kept the Jen and Brangelina gossip alive, just making thinks up and quoting ‘unnamed sources’. I read only People now, the less of the evils and consider even what they report with a grain of salt . . .
If JD haven’t signed yet, why not Brad Pitt to star with Angie in THE TOURIST? I prefer Angie to have steamy love scenes with Brad instead of other actor. Johnny and Angelina! What a combination (on film) should be amazing, they are two of the hottest actors ever! (imho) i wonder how they all get along? I imagine it could be a lot of fun…but then again my imagination is usually more interesting then the films turn out to be (lord of the Rings being the only exception that springs to mind)
I like Johnny because I think he is a great actor. Most his fans talk about his greatness as an actor. Despite of media’s wrong accusation during 1985-2000 his career now reached to the top talent of HW. While HW’s so-called sweetheart actresses and actors does not take much time to give their autographs he ( and Angie,too) has been very gracious to their fans. Even when he was very tired.
This is a well-known fact. His fans’s focus is on his projcts rather than his hottness. he doesnot need to show his shirtless body but he needs to show his acting chop to his fans. That’s his fans’s most interest.
I like Angie and Johnny to do film together. But romantic couple is not good idea because they are spiritually brother and sister in my notebook.
If they hooked up, it would be a movie worth seeing. Johnny Depp is my favorite next to Brad. And…. if there’s a steamy love scene and is important to a movie, then they would play their roles accordingly as talented actors and without malice. They are responsiblle parents to beautiful children and both have equally cool partners. I fully trust them.
well it hink Jolie and Depp will be good I think thery respect each others Boundaries as for worrying about it affecting their lives i think it is going to bring loads of interesting dinner conversations for the couple well it is nothing i bet they are friends somehow. irma- Brad and Angie have made it clear that they have an agreement that only one of them works at a time, so that the kids have one parent with them at all times. Brad also said a few months back that he doesn’t think he and Angie will do another movie together. I believe he said something along the lines of there being too much “baggage” attached if they did another movie together. Therefore, I highly doubt we’ll see Angie and Brad in another movie any time soon.
Jaime- You have a point. If they DO do a sex scene in The Tourist, it will be acting, obviously. I know from what I’ve read that most actors actually consider filming love/sex scenes to be extremely awkward, and a lot of actors don’t even like doing kissing scenes, let alone anything steamier! My point is that I think it’s important to remember that a sex scene in the movie is hardly the same thing as sex in real life.
Oh, and I wonder where Angie, Brad, and the kids are spending Thanksgiving?

Sherry – I soooo agree with you! I couldn´t care less about it what the rags will say IF this already infamous sex scene will even ever be made. The film hasn´t even started filming and it may take time before it will. Jah and angela – I also agree with you both. When Brad and Angie got together during the filming of Mr. & Mrs Smith there was more going on than just pure physical attraction between Brad and Angie. They certainly had deep and meaningful conversations about serious topics like their charity work and other important topics concerning serious things. And naturally Brad also fell in love with Maddox because he has always loved children and wanted to have his own. And Angie and Johnny would NEVER,EVER leave their partners (Angie Brad and Johnny Vanessa) and their adorable children. They both love their families so much that they wouldn´t jeopardize that just because of some sensual sex scene. There have always been sex scenes in the movies and always will be. LONG LIVE BRAD AND ANGIE AND THEIR BEAUTIFUL FAMILY!
AJ & AJ are known great film performers. They are the least persons to be coy with steamy scenes in the movies. If s*x scenes are essential part of the film, why not?!!!
Maybe the reason why there’s so much talk about The Tourist is due to the possible team up of AJ & JD who incidentally are both oozing with extreme s*x appeal & at the same time who are both credible/ respected actor & actress. This has always been a dream on-screen team up by most moviegoers. Just the thought or idea of them alone as possible new movie pairing makes everyone feel ignited now & burning with excitement. The public can’t help it, we are talking about two of the most desirable people on earth.
I could just imagine if this film will be realized with AJ & JD on it! I am certain, even if you’re not a fan of either or both of them, you will be tempted to watch the movie even just out of curiosity.

JD and Angie team-up is really great but in my opinion, really my opinion, they don’t have to fuss about the s* x scene.. they don’t even have to put a poll about it! most movies have that kind of scenes.. it’s really L&S who really started it all even printing a copy of the scene, like the said bathroom scene and the hot kissing scene.. their making a fuss already even though JD haven’t confirmed his role on the movie.. oh well..

I still cannot believe why the tabloids are always picking on Angie. Other actresses have steamy intimate scenes before and the tabs do not put potential rumors on the covers. Really, these tabs hate Angie too much that to make money, they have her every week. Sometimes, they put the twillight stars, then back to Angie “wild childhood, a bad book being written about her, her comparisons against Jennifer, a rumor break-up with Brad, etc. etc.” And all Angie does is give to charity, make quality movies, be a great mother and partner. I am too tired of these tabs reports of inside sources (as if they are at the executive offices and inside Brad & Angie’s bedroom) with all the fabrication that only Brad and Angie would know. I do wish these magazines go out of business.

Johnny Depp is a bad actor
