Sold! For $22.5 Million!

Brad and Jen’s home is reportedly in the first stages of the sale to a non celeb foreigner, according to TMZ. The Wallace Neff designed home had recently been reduced from $30 million to $24.95 million. Looks like someone got a bargain!! :)
