The tabloids are miffed with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt
The New York Post’s Page Six reported today that Us Weekly, Star, and other trashy tabloids are all fed up of People always getting the big scoop on the Jolie-Pitt family. Page Six wonders whether perhaps Angie should consider letting another publication run exclusive photos the next time she adopts or has a child.
The tabloids are miffed? They want the scoops? Oh WAH. Poor tabloids.
Maybe she sticks with People because People uses actual journalism rather than ripping celebrities to shreds just because they’re frustrated. Us made sensationalist headlines with Angie’s “twisted double life”. Star blasted everyone with headlines alleging that “Angelina Walks Out On Brad and Dumps the Kids!” New of the World told everyone that Angie was already drawing up papers to adopt a girl from Chad when they knew exactly what kind of negative reaction that would get.
You know, I don’t blame Angelina and Brad one bit. Why should these “newspapers” get any kind of exclusive scoop when all they do is trash the couple? Can’t they figure out that People keeps getting the first rights because they’ve been good to the couple and don’t rake them over the coals?
I think that the tabloids are too busy being snarky to make the obvious connection.
Page Six ends with this:
Pitt’s rep, Cindy Guagenti, told Page Six, “I wish people would leave them alone. They’re trying to do something good.” Jolie’s manager, Guyer Kosinski, did not respond to questions e-mailed to him.

I agree with you, why should Jolie-Pitt do that? why should they subject their family to be rip apart by irresponsible journalism, actually it’s not even journalism, they’re tabloids… obviously they won’t earn Jolie-Pitt’s trust!

I ONLY READ PEOPLE MAGAZINE. ALL OTHER MAGAZINES TO ME ARE TRASH. GOOD FOR THEM, THEY CAN CHOOSE WHO THEY WANT TO “AIR THE FAMILY DIRT TO”.

Good!! That’ll teach them not to print such nasty rumours just to please the anti Jolie-Pitt fans but guess what the power of the true fans who know they are trying to do good in this world are plentiful.

thanks sherry! good for them! as i’ve told you before upon reading here the article on usweekly, i flooded them w/ e-mails abt.their hate on angie. i called all my friends and they did the same. i even called friends i know to stop usweekly subscription b/c they are sooo not reliable and print lies/hate. words are out now that angie only trust people mag!she should! angie is not the kind of person to defend herself on bad publicity but i think her publicist or manager should b/c some ppl do believe these tabloids. as true fans we should be relentless in defending angie from the haters.

Yes, cristine ITA, and because it is so obvious
that Angie prefers “People”, I make a point to email the editor and commend them with each beautiful article that they print, as I am certain the “haters” criticize them for showing
our “special family” in a positive way. To argue with the “haters” really does no good, but commend
those who are fair to Brad and Angie for their goodness. I have come to dislike many an interviewer and talk show host for their taking sides during the past couple of years. I hope that Brad and Angie’s love for each other will stand the test of time for their sakes as well as their beautiful children.

Maybe just maybe they use People and not the trash rags because they get paid millions from the magazines for trotting out their brood.
These kids are going to need so much therapy when they get older they are going to need those millions

Hey, well TMZ is the only one so far to report this story. Anyway, my mom said something cool when I told her of all these people criticizing Angie. She said that Angie is a very strong individual and she doesn’t believe those critics can ever stop her from doing her UN work or caring about children and adopting them. I like that my mom likes Angie and doesn’t hold her past against her.

London, England (AHN) - A survey by a hotel chain has found that many men admit they like sleeping with teddy bears, with more saying they would prefer to do the same with actress Angelina Jolie.
The surprising results came in when Travelodge hotel chain surveyed 2,000 men and found more men than women used the stuffed animals as sleep aids. However Angelina Jolie was the hot favorite among male respondents’ wish-list of cuddling partners.
Sky News reported that almost 20 percent of men confessed taking a teddy bear to bed with them when they’re alone, while only 15 percent of women said they did the same.
However, among women “Pirates of the Caribbean” star Johnny Depp came in as the most preferred cuddling partner.
The hotel chain, which found more than 60 percent people need cuddling partners to sleep, conducted the survey to promote its new “Cuddillow” - that can be used by men and women to slip their arms into and induce the physical sensation of a comforting cuddle.

Hi Sherry and everybody,
You guys are so on top with the Pitts, I love it. I just came from the grocery store tonight and flip through 3 or 4 tabs with horrible headlines and old photos of Brad and Angie. “Angelina left Brad and dumped kids”…(if you flip inside it says dumped kids to daycare, then flew to Chicago to prepare for the “Wanted” filming. One inside article said, Jennifer sent a card congratulating them for Pax arrival and Angie told Brad to throw it away but Brad told an assistant to send Jen a thank you note. Another inside article says Jennifer is hotter than Angelina now. Then they have a cute picture of JA and place a very skinny picture of Angie on another side. Another cover says “Angelina is losing Brad” other side “But Jen is still with Vince again.” My lord, who creates all of these. And there is more, they have a list of all the don’ts that Angie and Brad require at Mad’s daycare that they say the other parents find annoying. These tabs are crazy. You can tell they are very upset. Four covers with Angie and Brad. OK magazine is another one. Aren’t there any other celebrities who can sell the news? Another target is Katie H. and Tom C. These tabs are doing this week after week after week and they are glorifying JA. It is so annoying.

Very funny indeed! These tabloids are just JEALOUS that’s why they’re upset. They will hurl garbage and make weird stories about BAMPZS. It’s soooo pathetic. The good thing is, B&A don’t seem to care… they are smarter. Have a nice day everyone!!! Hmmn, luv this site.

If I were Angie, I would not yield to the tabloids that make profit from bashing me all the time with twisted information, then expect from me that I should deliver them the products (information and pictures) they want and so to make them richer and more defaming… That would be more than stupid!

I am not a huge fan of what is going on with the tabs, I am a fan On Jen, ngie and Brad. I think they handled what happened in a dignified way but the media makes it worse then it is, so that being said I dont think bashing JA for getting positive press is nice either, that was done here. I think what Angie is doing is wonderful trying to help other countries and I strongly disagree with knocking her down every 2 seconds, she has children and these tabs dont ever think what it can do to them when they are old enough to read. Hopefully by then this will all have died down. My view is don’t judge what you don’t know, because it can happen to you.
