Women vote Brad Pitt as the celebrity they’d most like to see in his underwear

Since it’s the weekend I thought I’d keep things light by sharing something a little silly and a little amusing with you – and something that is not a shock at all. In a survey, women voted Brad Pitt as the male celebrity they’d most like to see in his underwear.
Well, duh.
Brad took a third of the votes, edging out Matthew McConaughey (24%), Hugh Jackman (19%), Will Smith at (16%), and President Obama (13%). I wonder if this survey came about because of the recent launch of the new gigantic billboard with David Beckham in his Armani underwear!
I can’t really see Brad posing in his underwear because it doesn’t seem like his style. He seems so adorably uncomfortable about the “Sexiest Man” and “Most Beautiful” titles (and the like) that he’s gotten in magazines over the years, so I can’t imagine him feeling anything less than awkward in an underwear campaign now.
But, if he changes his mind and would like to go ahead and do it, hell I’m all for it! Who wants to start the letter-writing campaign?

I would love to see Brad in his underwear, but like you said Sherry, I don’t think thats really his style!
I don’t mind seeing him in an underwear ads. With his beautiful bod and handsome face, it will be a sellout. Look at David Beckham. A father of three and he looks fantastic.
Besides possessing a great body, maybe the reason why the public want him to pose in his underwear is because Brad is NOT known to do that. It’s not HIM.
Just like Angie, being gifted with gorgeous physique is not enough reason for them to model for any brand of underwear. These two are so serious with their acting profession that most often than not they rather not discuss their physical appearance, moreso expose their (almost nude)bodies through billboards. They want to be taken seriously with their craft. They are even shy when they’re being complimented during interviews.
In addition, wearing underwear is a private thing so they deemed it NOT necessary to make it public. I remember when Brad was asked on the red carpet, “BRAD, BOXERS OR BRIEFS?”, Brad was uncomfortable & it was AJ who surprisingly answered it with ” OH,THAT’S MY BUSINESS, MAN!!!”.
BP & AJ may be public figures but there are certain portion of their lives that are not for public consumption.
It’s definitely not his style, but gosh would a love a look at a picture of him in tightie whities. (she faints).

Angela I’m thinking maybe it is a re-run because he has nothing to promote and Inglorious comes in AUGUST.

Just read People and it says everything is fine. It is a short article with no new pictures. Maybe a “read in the grocery line” rather than buy article. I wouldn’t say it had any information, just “friends” and “sources” saying there is no tension and they seem fine. AND they mention that even Jennifer Aniston’s publicist says she didn’t have a meeting with Brad.

i remember Angie said that she could wear sexy clothes but not with the kids around. so maybe Brad is like that too!

ARCHIE PANJABI swapped the glamour of the Hollywood A-list for a dreary Scottish winter in her latest role.
Making BBC comedy Personal Affairs in the shadow of the River City set in damp Dumbarton might feel a little flat after Los Angeles.
But her pal Angelina Jolie has taught the stunning actress – who plays a b***y boss in the show – how to keep her feet on the ground.
Archie, 34, starred with the Oscar-winning beauty in A Mighty Heart, the acclaimed true story of the search for kidnapped American journalist Daniel Pearl.
Meeting Angelina and her partner Brad Pitt – who helped produce the film – proved a lesson in humility.
Archie said: “Angelina Jolie was phenomenal to work with. We got on very well. I’m still friends with her.
“You go thinking, ‘What will she be like? What’s Brad Pitt going to be like?’ But I’ve met hundreds of actors with more arrogance than those two. That’s the biggest shock.
“I spent two and half months shooting with her so I know it’s not just a front. I came back thinking ‘I can’t take any actor being arrogant’.
“If she can be so down to earth and have so much respect for people then there’s no excuse.
“She’s been such a big role model to me. I learnt a lot from her as a woman, how to hold yourself, how to behave, how to talk. Brad was very nice too.
“They made people working on the film feel like family. It was a strange experience but very special.”
Archie, who won the Breakout Performance Award at the Cannes Film Festival for her role in A Mighty Heart, has also starred alongside Russell Crowe in A Good Year, Don Cheadle and Guy Pearce in Traitor and in hit British films East Is East and Bend It Like Beckham.
While she values the humble attitude of her co-stars, she could be forgiven the odd hissy fit on Personal Affairs.
Her dressing room is a tiny, windowless caravan a stone’s throw from Shieldinch and a very long way from Hollywood.
She laughed: “It’s a bit like when you go on your first business class flight – economy seems a really big let down by comparison.
“But you don’t let yourself get too carried away. I just get excited about getting on the plane in the first place.
“I don’t come back here thinking my dressing room is not big enough.
“The role is like nothing I’ve done before so that is really stimulating.
“The worst thing is to be on a huge Hollywood film and be in a really crap role. I get very agitated if I’m not having to try.” Personal Affairs is BBC Three’s flagship show of the summer – a glossy, sexy and surreal new comedy drama about four PAs working in a London investment bank………..

neer, your comment is posted now. Normally I check moderated comments twice a day or so but I was out all day with my family yesterday checking out a secondhand bookstore, having some lunch, hanging out at a blues festival, and then visiting the waterfront. We were all so exhausted when we got home that we managed to eat a quick dinner, I somehow had energy to clean up the kitchen, and then we tried to watch a movie but only made it an hour in before we turned it off and all went to bed early. I didn’t get a chance to check the comments until this morning.
